I am sorry but this is one of those very clear parts of copyright law. The newspaper is copyrighted and cannot be hosted here on Commons. It might be possible to upload it to wikipedia with a "fair use" rationale. --Herby talk thyme 08:41, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am contacting the newspaper to release the right of use and put it under the OTRS. WHere can I find some language on the fair use for wikipedia?

Instead of blasting these articles so quickly off the face of the net, could someone "please explain" some of the reasons?
