Hallo Silva,
nur mal so zur Sicherheit: mit "with permission of the owner" in der Beschreibung von File:Kadri lehtla.jpg meinst du die Photographin Mariliis Pinn oder doch Kadri Lehtla? Ist diese "permission" schriftlich erfolgt und, falls ja, liegt dir der Text vor? --Túrelio (talk) 21:46, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
- Ich hab es geahnt :-) Kadri hat die Genehmigung von Mariliis Pinn eingeholt. Ich hab nix schriftliches. Aber ich hab die E-Mail Adresse und kann das persönlich tun. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies funktioniert, was soll ich dann mit der Mail machen? Sorry, ist das erste mal, dass ich ein Foto hochgeladen habe, das nicht von mir ist --Schitti (talk) 22:14, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
- Das spricht ja schon für das "richtige" Gefühl wenn du es geahnt hast. Für einen Photographen sind die Konsequenzen, wenn ein Photo unter einer freien Lizenz verbreitet wird, dermaßen einschneidend, dass es auch eine Frage der Fairness ist, sicherzustellen, dass er/sie wirklich die nötige Erlaubnis erteilt hat.
- Am besten machst du folgendes: spring nach Commons:Emailvorlagen (es gibt auch andere Sprachversionen; siehe die Menüleiste unter dem Seitennamen), kopiere dir die "Einverständniserklärung (Rechte-Inhaber)", setze den Dateinamen (oder die ganze URL) plus den Namen der vereinbarten Lizenz ein, maile alles zusammen an die Photographin und bitte sie, ihren Namen und das Datum darunter zu setzen und alles an permissions-commons@wikimedia.org zurückzumailen. Wenn du das gemacht hast, solltest du auf der Seite des betreffenden Photos folgende Vorlage einsetzen {{OTRS pending}}, um die Datei vor vorzeitiger Löschung zu schützen. Wenn die Erlaubnis beim OTRS eingegangen ist und einer der Mitarbeiter sie geprüft hat, erhält die Datei ein sog. OTRS-ticket (sozusagen das o.k.). Außerdem wäre es noch nett zu erfahren, wann das Photo aufgenommen wurde. --Túrelio (talk) 22:23, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
