Samuel Grodzensky

Este pintor murió en 1961, por lo que aún no ha expirado el plazo de 70 años para que sus obras pasen a dominio público y el hecho de subir a tu ordenador las imágenes no las convierte en tuyas. Hola Anna. Soy la nieta del pintor Samuel Grodzensky, y junto a mi familia he hecho la página del enlace. Todas las fotos que están en dicha página son de cuadros de nuestra propiedad. Seguramente no he seguido bien las instrucciones, o me he equivocado al indicar su procedencia. También el articulo sobre artelanismo que dice que esta bajo sospecha de copiarlo , viene del mismo sitio web, que es la página hecha por mi. Por favor indicame que tengo que corregir. Gracias. Hola Saragk, efectivamente olvidaste indicar la propiedad de las imágenes, por lo que es necesario proteger la foto de la obra de un pintor cuyo plazo de copyright aún está vigente. Para acreditar tu propiedad debes mandar el texto que figura en Commons:Modelos de mensajes a wikimedia junto con la url de cada una de las imágenes subidas aquí, sigue las instrucciones de esa página y si tienes alguna duda vuelve a ponerte en contacto conmigo. Voy a restaurar las dos imágenes borradas y cuando hayas enviado el e-mail a wikimedia añade esto a cada una de ellas: {{Otrs pending}} para indicar que la autorización está ya en progreso. Si al cabo de unos días no ves en las imágenes el aviso de OTRS con un número de ticket, dímelo para ponerme en contacto con alguno de los voluntarios que controlan estos permisos.
