University presidents
[edit]You can create entries for each president at Wikidata. See: Cynthia Teniente-Matson. You have her as 32 and the university website has her as 31. We need to double check which is correct. See: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Talk:Q124149544 where we generate a table of the presidents based on their Wikidata entries. --RAN (talk) 15:40, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
- From what I can tell, the university does not count Stephen Perez when it tallies its presidents, despite counting other interim and acting presidents. I don't have time to find a source right now but the school claimed that Mary Papazian was the 30th president, and now claims that Cynthia Teniente-Matson is the 31st, despite both of those numbers being predicate on counting interim presidents, such as Susan Martin or Joseph Crowley. SammySpartan (talk) 16:59, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
- It is very weird, everyone has their own numbering system. I work on Wikidata charts, the one for the popes took me a month. You can add back the images deleted to Wikipedia to use in your chart. I could use some help creating the Wikidata entries for each of the presidents. See: John Thomas Wahlquist. Currently I do not have a way to differentiate acting from interim, but I will work on it. I temporarily have each as "acting". --RAN (talk) 17:01, 6 January 2024 (UTC)
- You might want to get a free Familysearch account. You can fill in missing middle names and birth dates from entries. --RAN (talk) 21:48, 6 January 2024 (UTC)
