Why no table of contents?

It was so that I could speedily get to the identified people while matching new photos. A ToC made the galleries be pushed downwards and wasted space. SWinxy (talk) 01:35, 13 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Aha. Ok, I get it.
I recently switched to Vector (2022) and now the toc is only displayed when I click to display it--I'm talking about desktop use. CmdrDan (talk) 18:48, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm on Vector 2010 on desktop. There are 60+ sections which push the first section down. Here's a screenshot of what I mean. The galleries of people don't immediately appear, which is undesirable for me. SWinxy (talk) 22:58, 6 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
