Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Photos from BrianFliesNorth

You've been uploading photos from the Flickr account of Flickr user BrianFliesNorth, but it doesn't seem at all clear to me that he owns the rights to the pictures he is ostensibly licensing there. For example, File:Luis Kafie, founder of LKco and Cortitelas.jpg is certainly an older image, probably from a book or newspaper. Similarly, there is nearly no chance that the person with this account is the photographer of File:Business trajectory of CODIS and LKco, tegucigalpa, Honduras.jpg. Even the recent ones that have EXIF data seem to be shot with a wide variety of cameras.

I recommend that you contact BrianFliesNorth on Flickr and try to sort out which of these photos are actually his own work, then nominate the others for deletion. Otherwise, we will almost certainly have to delete them all because we have no idea for which ones the grant of rights is legitimate.

Thank you for the comments and hopefully I am responding in the right place. English or Spanish is good. I am Mexican but grew up in the US in a Spanish/English speaking home. I sent an email through Flickr but have not heard back so hopefully I will soon. I think I agree with you about some of the images but there is also a disclosure on the page saying they work for the companies represented in the images so it isn't that clear. I would say in the meantime that the following images are definiately from a newspaper, magazine or book and they could be deleted. I would wait on the rest until I hear back from the uploader on Flickr. Can you tell me how to request the following for deletion?

1. File:Business trajectory of CODIS and LKco, tegucigalpa, Honduras.jpg
2. File:Luis Kafie, founder of LKco and Cortitelas.jpg
3. File:Sula Antique Milk Truck Dealers.jpg

You might want to first navigate to Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets and add "AjaxQuickDelete" to your preferences. That will add a "Nominate for deletion" choice to your left-side tools (at least they are left-side on most skins); same set that includes "What links here"). I think if you click on that it's all pretty obvious from there, but please ask here if it's not. Alternative if you don't want to do that is to directly use the {{Delete}} template, which I believe gives full instructions.

In the case of a blatant copyright violation, there is also {{copyvio|reason or source}} and if it otherwise meets Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion there is {{Speedydelete}}.
