Hi Martin, I obtained permission via email from the Dold for Congress campaign to use this image. However, I was unaware of the specific format of the email that ORTS now requires. If any freeform permission fulfills the requirements (e.g. mentions a free license) it wouldnt be a problem to forward that permission. The template is just an example to make sure that all information is contained in the request. --Martin H. (talk) 10:44, 9 November 2010 (UTC)

You tagged it with 'OTRS-pending' already, thats correct. The mail is in the permission queue, an OTRS volunteer will read the email, respond and tag the image accordingly. This will take some time. --Martin H. (talk) 19:03, 9 November 2010 (UTC)

The author is Bob Dold - as he makes clear in the email that releases the image under CC-BY-SA (and is - still - waiting in the ORTS queue). I've posted a copy of that email on the image's talk page.
