Why are photos removed without contacting the submitter before it is done? A second e-mail and copy of the original copyright release has been sent to permissions, but no reply as of yet. Since the original message and copyright release was sent 10 days ago it would seem that more than enough time has passed for the copyright release to have been filed and the photo approved to remain in the Dunker submission.
