[edit]Totally unurgent, but every so often (well, about once every few years) I come across this one and remember I'm still not happy with the color balance. I think I took it before breakfast while severely jet-lagged, and then, many years later, devoted time and effort to trying to make it look brighter than early dawn. Now it's emerged with a curious yellow tint. IF you ever combine an available moment with the urge, and think you can make the coloring look less yellowish (but still not unnatural) ... um ... one would be grateful. But don't whatever you do let it interfere with the day jobs. And please and thank you and regards Charles01 (talk) 15:15, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
- I find colour correction extremely difficult and it certainly isn't my strong point, although I am working on it. Despite this I have uploaded an "improved" version, not sure if it's really that much better but is certainly less green/yellow. Might have another go at it at some point, when messing around with colours I find the colour balance of my eyes starts to adapt, meaning that if I come back tomorrow the slight pinkish tint I'm beginning to notice on my edit as I type this may be stronger, in which case I'll move that particular slider around some more. - Many thanks. I certainly think the colo(u)r is looking more natural. Though from the timing data you must have been doing the work under artificial light, and at that stage it becomes difficult to know how the same color adjustments would look under natural light. Either way, at breakfast time it looks like an improvement and thank you. Charles01 (talk) 06:19, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
