Respectfully submitted: Argument

Thanks for the notice. I went and called 2 offices on the matter. I consider that the USA laws and Commons are the same, and Philippine copyright laws were borrowed from USA. Hence, I needed some enlightenment on the legal ramifications on copyright law. Specifically, the issue here is whether or not these uploaded images violated copyright or any other laws? Let me share my legal opinion and thoughts on the matter. First, the CBCP allows reproduction of any and all religious images. Second, for me, original images are those like mine which are from my cameras SONY 2008 and NIKON AW100 inter alia, where the size is very big that is 4,600 x 3,400 or 6 Mb+. A photographer would not in his right sense give to the internet for public use or consumption, like Facebook, etc. big or his or her original images. I conclude therefore that the religious images I got from the internet are even copied from derivative works of originals, since they are so small. In fact, the reasons I uploaded them here in Commons are: a) I love the sun images, and I desire to share beautiful pics in Commons when the sun fails me in my photography, b) I test the speed of the falling internet here, and c) most of the times, I fail to meet on time the parish priest of the Church, so I get permission from the office or the parishioners to get their pics of the this church or the priest. However, they would not allow their names to be revealed for privacy. Second, I asked about 3 lawyers of a legal department of the Copyright law office, and they opined that images, like books must comply with copyright deposit rules and regulations issued due to the Law requirement. More importantly, photographs of churches of priests and parishioners in churches when uploaded or copied for religious and moral reasons, etc. are not violative of the law, especially when the size is so small. Why should I get from the internet small images when I personally spend huge sums to go to the church and landmark sites, and spent more money in uploading these images from 11 pm to 4am daily more or less? In good faith, I love them and I ponder legally, that there is no obstacle in law, when I share them in Commons, Fair use so to speak. I do have the express but verbal permission of the CBCP and the churches to use their pictures especially as I said, I failed to capture a sunny facade of the church and the parish priest was away when I shot. Let me put here some parts of the law as basis of my above submissions: [Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines[1] and [2] - Republic Act No. 8293. K: Photographs and cinematographic works made in a process similar to photography - Section 185 of the Intellectual Property Code provides for fair use of copyrighted material. The criteria for fair use is almost identical to the fair use doctrine in United States copyright law, with the exception that even unpublished works qualify as fair use under Philippine copyright law.[3]SEC. 185. Fair Use of a Copyrighted Work. – 185.1. The fair use of a copyrighted work for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, research, and similar purposes is not an infringement of copyright. Decompilation, which is understood here to be the reproduction of the code and translation of the forms of the computer program to achieve the inter-operability of an independently created computer program with other programs may also constitute fair use. CHAPTER IX DEPOSIT AND NOTICE SEC. 191. Registration and Deposit with National Library and the Supreme Court Library. –SEC. 192. Notice of Copyright. –xxx.)]

IN FINE, I respectfully submit the above legal argument. And I stress that I failed to get a written legal opinion from the CBCP and our Copyright law office. I think this mater had already been exhaustively talked about or discussed by the editors in [4] Tambayan. Thanks for your message. I have just (now only) read the rule on fair Commons use. I respectfully state that I thought, I could ask permission from our CBCP or Bishops Conference who exercise authority over us, Catholics over religious matters, including photography and copying of religious photos of our co-Catholics for our Faith. I did ask permission and opinion, unmindful of the Commons philosophy behind the International law differences of many countries on the matter (Note: I was told by our High Bishops that I had been granted permission, though verbally, but they might reduce the same in writing in due course if I request):[5]"Wikimedia Commons does not accept fair use media files (such as non-free logos, covers, screenshots, or reproductions of other copyrighted works) because fair use laws vary from country to country—thus, content deemed acceptable under, for instance, US fair use concepts (which are very broad) is not usable in the majority of other countries." vis-a-vis ""Fair use" allowed on some Wikimedia projects". Request for adoption

Hi! Buenas tardes to any and all administrators who would like to guide me in sharing wisdom to Commons. May I respectfully ask if it is possible like in Wikipedia, to be adopted by you and/or any Administrator? I am just looking at Wikipedia articles and found that there is such thing as adoption there for purposes. I want to learn more but as you know the tons of Commons and Wikipedia rules are very difficult for me, a slow learner, but I love photography. I discover Commons and it asks many lovers to join and share their wisdom, photos. Hence, like a prolific creater of Philippine towns, maps, etc.[6] User talk:TheCoffee, and Administrator [7] on Wikipedia, even in good faith, it so difficult not to commit mistakes. I believe that if I am guided by a Commons administrator, then, it will be easier for me to share my original photos here in Commons. First of all, as far as I am aware, the Adopt-a-User programmes are mostly Wikipedia-specific; or, at least, I do not know of any sister projects that have this kind of programme, and Wikimedia Commons is sadly amongst them. Thanks so much for your help, I say help, for I believe, that if you have time, you may visit my photos just uploaded to enjoy them (for they are original, Nikon and the size is large, 6 mb each). My deep concern is for the common good of Commons. More importantly, since I have reached 18,000+ photos uploaded (since it is very expensive in time and money to capture these town and landmarks Philippine photos, I decided to take many encyclopedic and best pictures as the sun and weather permit) - I am deeply worried that since Commons rules are very hard, tons of them that even lawyers would not easily comprehend the finer points of law, and, I found that even a Wikipedia administrator's contribution to Commons are deleted due to copyright rules, then, I need your help to advise me from time to time, on how I would not violate the rules while uploading. [9]User talk:TheCoffee has very impressive contributions on Wikipedia and his barnstars speak for themselves, the towns and featured articles he created. But, Commons is different. What will happen to me, if later, I would just be blocked? So, this is my concern. Maybe, good faith and hard work plus love of photography are not good defenses when Commons rules are violated often. So, it will be of great value to Commons and a great help for me if, as Adminstrator, please have a sweet time to review my uploads, when you have time. Hi again — I just had a look at some of your pictures (the most recent ones, in fact), and they seem perfectly all right to me, I haven't been able to spot any problems at the first sight. It is a old practice here on Commons (and in all Wikimedia projects in general) to discuss things before taking such drastic actions as blocking a user or deleting pictures (most of the time, at least), so I am sure that you will not be blocked, and especially not before hearing from an administrator about what you'd done wrong. Thanks so much again ad I do find kindness in your words. It is just that, I was terrified or became afraid, when I opened the Talk page of [10] User talk:TheCoffee, Wikipedia Administrator. In fact, he splendidly made an impressive creation of almost all Philippine town articles, stubs and taking pains in putting maps, images. Almost all of my inserted Commons images are inside his town articles. However, I found that many of his images here in Commons were deleted by Commons administrators. Logic compels me to fear that if I am just a novato editor in Wikipedia, even if I contributed 18,000+ photos here, and User talk:TheCoffee did contribute if I am not mistaken about 1,000, only, the probability of my mistakes, errors and violations would be greater. And one of the Commons administrators that helped me in my talk page had been de-admin, painfully. Now what happens to his hours and hours of work his pains, being deleted from administration. Ergo, these reduce my thoughts to fear and stress. Thus, I thank thee for having faith in my original uploads. It is just that in the past, I am tempted to upload beautiful pictures from internet. I thought that since they are small images or in size, unlike mine, then, I concluded that they were copied from derivative works in Flicker, blogger or even facebook. IN FINE, let me reveal that I am a mystic, and until today, I cannot comprehend how I was able to take the 8-8-8 (2012) photo that I took last August 12, at 12:08 rather than 12:09 a.m. with full rain, using the Sony 2008 camera, not waterproof which caused the flash to explode. My User Page blue photo is the apex or the transcendental image of all my 18,000+ uploads. (Note also the rarest many orbs in my church and other landmark photos, the blue ones, they are so rare). I did buy this only waterproof camera last year. I know that you notice that because of this merely $600 Nikon, unlike higher end Nikons, the images are not so clear than SLR. But, let me state that many ignorant and stupid persons around landmarks or towns would interfere with my photography - if I would bring a tripod or use SLR Nikons with long lens. But I am sad that I cannot use them in towns and landmarks for stupid reasons. So, it is this handy, easily put in the pocket, and hard to notice Nikon underwater, shockproof. Thanks a lot, and if you view my photos, it is almost 4D that you see the unseen Philippines farthest unreachable 4th class towns, where the scenery is almost impossible to describe if Nikon is not in there. Hi Ramon, we have communicated several times already (here on Commons and on Wikipedia) so feel free to leave me a message or question anytime on my talk page. Here are few more important reminders:

• Don't upload every photo you have, only the best ones, as is stated above at #Preseclection of images. You are still uploading too many of the same images, for instance [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] – 7 nearly identical images is ridiculous! Only 1 is sufficient! Another example: [18] and [19] should not have been uploaded because you already have [20] (and [21] is also identical to that). It will shorten your upload times and put less strain on the resources of Commons. And it will be less work for other editors to sort and organize the photos. Take less photos if you don't have time to pre-select them before uploading.
• Don't add multi-level categories to photos. For example, File:Iba,Zambalesjf9213 12.JPG was in Category:Zambales, Category:Cities and municipalities in Zambales, and Category:Iba, Zambales. But Category:Iba, Zambales is already in Category:Cities and municipalities in Zambales, which in turn is in Category:Zambales, so I had to remove these last two categories. Please read COM:CAT.

Oh, thanks, I miss you. You must be so busy. Yes, I owe you many things, like the Category. I learned so many things. So feel free from time to time to aid me, since there is no adoption here. Sorry, for my indiscretion. I really did think twice, but the sun was bad. Then when the sun came out, I repeated. But, to be sure, I uploaded all of them, since I thought that the sunny photos would be different from the cloudy ones. What happened is: it was sunny at Pasay. Then, it rained, and became cloudy. Then, when the Sagala and procession began, and I was to go home, the sun came out. Thanks, that you notice this. Regards. PAL HQ

Welcome. May I ask if you desire me to take more or some photos you need of PAL HQ (and specifically, what part of)? As you see, when I took the photos, I was disgusted, that due to time limitations I arrived at Saturday 5 p.m. The offices closed at 12 noon. Hence, I could have shot more photos maybe inside anytime Mondays to Fridays office hours. PAL HQ is located there but I did not take picture of the entire building, for I thought I would be back. PAL HQ is housed in the very gigantic PNB Financial Center, and what you see in my pictures is just the facade or frontage of the sales office. The 2 other parts of the HQ is located in the 3rd and 5th floors of the main building, housing the corporate and refunds. The building is owned by Lucio Tan also owner of PNB. Also, I failed to take picture of the nearby Air Spirit Manila, for according to the 3 guards, it already left, or is non-existent and closed business. You can take more photos inside if you like, especially if there are unique/interesting things. The main thing I was looking for was a front entrance photo used to represent the worldwide HQ of PAL. Thanks for your notes. Actually, before I took the photos, the 2 guards told me that the so huge PNB Financial Center building, houses so many offices of Lucio Tan, the Bank, PAL and others. Now, the picture I took which you are interested in, the facade of PNB, is actually the sales office, meaning the office where one can buy tickets of PAL, and that is the left side facade of the building. The other other 2 offices are located inside in 2 levels or ground floors, but they were closed that Saturday. Hence, I would, in due course, would desire to come back thereat, to check if there are more interesting objects of photography. (lower corners needed some retouching with nearby content, but tolerable as of relative uniform color & texture, I think)

Thanks so much Jaybear for your visit and making my uploaded photo better. I also notice the description links were not arranged well, but later I edited them. I would make sure, that before I would upload, the object is so notable and landmark. Taking photos of far places like this is very expensive. Hence, I take many angles pictures, but I try my best to pre-select them and put the proper links to avoid challenges against the notability of the landmark or heritage sites. Thanks, further, for the improvement, enhancing and I love your having appreciated my uploaded image of the Icon. In fine, your new version is very beautiful, indeed. Best regards.[Notes: The picture of Our Lady of Fatima, exterior of the Shrine[25] has on the lower portion the name of the most powerful Congressman of Valenzuela City. The Shrine is inside the Our Lady of Fatima University‎ [26] and beside the Museum[27]. The Shrine was established in 1961; when I was 1st year high school in 1966-67, as seminarian of nearby seminary (now [28] SM Center Valenzuela) wherein I lived and studied for 4 years underthe Vincentian priests, we proceeded thereat for the solemn blessing or the groundbreaking. So, 4 decades ago, all these places are grass, forests and you cannot even see a house. Now it is congested. I shot more than 200 images yesterday of the museum, church and the university. I finished about 2 a.m. from 8 p.m. Note further that here in Philippines, unlike in yours with 15 to 45 mb internet, I use a shared computer and I can upload only about 50 images (my photos are very large) in 2 hours. And I am still learning with aid or assistance of any server staff. I learned to use Category from editors here and rotating before. Even with 21,000 photos since 2010, still I learn slowly. I encounter a problem with computers here which have low memory and I do not know how to use adobe and paint, when the Microsoft word picture manager is not around. The picture you stumbled upon, is, maybe on top of the rest, due to its painful significance, here-under explained. The name written therein, would ask us: Is this what happens to powerful people? It is hard to photograph the object or Icon, since it was dusk, the sun was out, and the glass is dirty or so old. With the sensor of my Nikon, I took a hard time to focus. And more often, I could not edit my photos for enhancement due to technical problems, but I believe that any editor may make them better with some retouching. Antonio Serapio [29](1937 – 19 February 2007) was a lawmaker from the district of Valenzuela, Philippines. He died when his car collided with an oncoming bus. As of today, I have 27,397 edits with about 25,880 photos in Commons, including some panoramas of scenery using my Nikon AW100 camera since last year. I would like to know, if you may please, what specific photo or photos (as you stated - "a little gap on the photo published") do you desire me to again publish? Let me stress that I am just an amateur or new photographer with passion of town and church including panorama scenery of Philippines. Hence, even in computer and internet uploading, I upload only raw and not edited photos, for our computer often do not have Microsoft Word Picture manager, and I do not know how to use Adobe, paint and other technologies. I will be happy to upload again what you desire, hence, please give me the link of the photo that is not published well. I hope I understand your message, and again, please understand my language difficulty and especially my lack of expertise on technicalities of uploading. Perhaps, If I may, I ponder that what you may have noticed are related to problems in my panoroma photography of 180 or 360 deg using my simple underwater shockproof Nikon AW100; to be sure, I encountered many problems when I pan the scenery and more importantly, the beaches and the seas with scorching heat and sun; when my camera lens focuses on the brightest sun in the center of the sea or the rice fields, there is a break, and there is a gap, then, a failure of the photos. I would repeat many times, but fail. Hence, I would make sure that I first take ordinary shots not panoramas. Then, I would take the 180 and also 360 pans if possible. Thus, I would upload several versions, and all of them are raw. I have no knowledge of how to edit the same, but I was told that experts can retouch my photos and upload another version here. For sure, again, I donated all my photos without any condition to Commons and for Wikipedia. I think, since last year, I made it my point to share and donate only to Commons, and I never uploaded in any site except for backups for protection against virus. Buenos dias François de Dijon. Apology for my having failed to see your point. Now, I think I get your message: this photo of the most beautiful scenery of the City[30] is a 180 and not 360 panorama of the scenery. My problem during the photography is the elimination of obstructions, wires, posts and unwanted objects in the scenery like garbages, plastic and dilapidated houses. Hence, in panning, I am careful not be distracted by moving vehicles. Thus, maybe, in your eyes, there is a gap. Note also the stress that I had been. It took almost 6 hours to reach the City from Bulacan. Then, the 37-39 deg. Centigrade scorching heat of the sun, so humid ... thus, I just shoot and shoot, taking off the obstrutcions. Many foreigners would include what I do not want, for they would like the photo to be alive. But I want photo perfect, hence, you may have notice somethings lacking or missing in the photos, especially, it is only 180 degrees. Thanks for your message and pardon for my inadvertence to get your point quickly. Oh, no problem, I love photography. And I love more, if my photos are loved, by you and all those who have not seen the innermost Philippines. Your country too, is far more beautiful and so advanced. You have 4 seasons, while here, it is green all the year round. I hope you would notice that no photographer in the Philippines since the camera was discovered, ever took photos of any and all towns of 9 provinces. I and only myself, did take photos since last year of about 200 towns, including component cities, churches, landmarks, Wikipedia articles of their schools and Metro Manila. More importantly, not even journalists ever took photos of the inside of the Municipal Halls: I took almost all angles of the churches, the session halls, the Mayor's Office and the landmarks. And each time, I receive message here, who would notice my 24,000 photos, I am so happy that they noticed the Philippines and its scenic, so hot photos of very hot and sunny scenery. No 2 pictures are alike when you look at my panorama and the photos. But note that here in Philippines unlike in yours and America (where the Internet server is average 15 mb, here - it is too slow, about 1.8 mb shared by computers. So, the stress and work, the hard labor, is not in taking pictures, but in uploading my large files: it takes 2-3 hours to upload in one computer, my 30 photos. Verily, I upload from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Last year, I only take about 60 photos of 2 towns a day. Now, due to huge expense in photography of far towns, about 6 hours travel, I take more than 150 photos per town, that is, from 3 pm until sunset here of 6:00 p.m. (since it takes 5-6 hours to reach the site). I must admit that my center of photography are heritage Churches. But it is the same expense to shoot a church and the entire town. So, I share photos of landmark town halls and interesting attractions, notables, so to speak. And, on the contrary, taking photos using panorama is more easy, since the files are small. They can be uploaded in just 5 minutes. But the 4,600 x 3,400 each photos of 6-8 mbs each, using 2 windows of 15 photos, would take 2-3 hours, for here, I use shared computers. It is almost next to impossible to buy 15 mb fast servers. This is Philippines internet. Ergo, I do nothing but to take pictures of almost all Philippine towns that I can cover near Bulacan; last November, I resided in Pangasinan for 3 weeks just to photography the wealth and heritage of its towns. IN FINE, I dream of uploading the Outer Space photos,that I have, but due to fear of being deleted, I am still meditating if it is time to publish these. I use the handy Nikon AW 100 all weather, since, here, many are arrogant and stupid, when I would use a bigger camera. In churches and town halls, I do not want to be bothered in my concentration, hence, I use this small camera. But of course, it is sad, since, if I used a Nikon D40 or higher end cameras, the 24,000 photos would be more of a better treasure. To be candid, I bought it, last year, since it is the only camera in this world, per interview of experts in Nikon, that would be able to take photos under heavy rains. My Outer Space photos can best capture the details of the far galaxies when there is heavy rain. If you would notice, I and only I have the blue orbs and white orbs proliferating in the Churches with flash and in other places. For believers and infidels alike, this, for all men that exist, skeptics and those with heavy faith, is the photo that contains the deepest secrets of the entire universe[32] (8-8-8). As it is stated in Le Petit Prince which I read 20 times, "what is essential is invisible to the eye ..." And I am sad, if my photos will not be loved. I am very happy that you talked about my photos. At night and when you are sad, as the Little Prince was in France many years ago, look not only at Muñoz,NuevaEcijajf9787 08.JPG but at this Blue photo of myself,[33] in Jupiter, the heavens. Unlike St. Francis and Padre Pio, whose wounds emit human blood (but Padre Pio's wounds or stigmatas ceased to appear 1 year before his death), the holes in my 2 palms never ever had flowing human blood because of the Resurrection. I speak in coded language for I hold the deepest secrets of the Lumen mundi. I am sure, the panorama photo you loved led me to, for the first time, since last year, to reveal in writing this stigmata in my 2 palms. I am a skeptic, and I only believe what can be photographed and uploaded in Commons. However, this year, only a human eye can see my stigmata unlike St. Francis' wounds that can be photographed, but science questioned them as hysteria. I faced doctors here and one certified. Apology for the bad photo: when I left from Bulacan for Cavite, the sun was so good. Note that at Balintawak LRT, the sun was so bright only to be taken off by the clouds when I arrived at Tanza Municipal Hall. Now, when I was about to leave for the Church photography, the sun suddenly appeared; but, but and but, the sun did shine on the back part of this heritage monument-statue of Philippine National Hero, Jose Rizal[42], so I would not like to miss this, for In Time, this photo may turn to gold; one more point, I tried my sensor camera, Nikon to capture the front of this Hero but it was dark like dusk and bad; so I have no objection to the deletion, for this photo may be uploaded in other non-encyclopedic sites; note, further that this statue is really as old as the Tanza Hall, and so, it is antique; maybe, the Town officers would not like to restore it, to make it more presentable, for antiquity sake. Thanks for you message. I sorry that sometimes I failed to rotate the pictures. Here in the Philippines, I think it is not quite possible to rotate the picture before uploading, since even if rotated, say, by Word picture manager, etc., then uploaded like in Facebook, they remain in the same original position. But, after uploading, they can be rotated by the Commons rotating technology. It is just that the internet here is slow (about only 1.8-2 mb shared computer) such that it takes more than 2 hours for a computer to upload 30 pictures. And I do open 2 windows, but I cannot rotate at the same time. I start about 11 pm and finish at about 4-5 a.m. Due to human stress, and tiredness, I would postpone for 2 days the rotation waiting for an opportune time to rotate them all at the same time. Maybe, I am just not aware of some high tech Philippine technology of rotating. Actually, here I use shared computers, for I was told here, that if I buy my own computer, I would not be able to find servers with more than 5 mbs, while in your country I was told that about 15 to 45 mbs are available. Hence, for instance, I took picture of this fabulous heritage Town of Taytay, Rizal, I took many angles or photos, making it sure that my investment of more than 70$ (transportation, uploading, etc.) and about 7 hours travel would be worth. Now, there are about 18 computers here, and I am only familiar with the red one, that is, Word Picture Manager. I do not know how to use paint or windows and other technologies like adobe for I am not learned in these. I am only an amateur photographer using Nikon AW100 and Sony high end last year. Last year, I tried to rotate pictures before I would upload to Facebook (I stopped using Facebook and blogger, etc. for they are not as high end as Commons). After rotating, they would remain the same. Now, Facebook has a rotating machine. So, after I upload, I would rotate using Commons rota-tor. Bear with my situation, for, believe me, during our times, there were no internet. I learned this thing just last year and about 2006, the blogging and forums. I was invited to share my photos here, and I found Commons so beautiful for it is fair and just. Before 2010, most of my photos in Photobucket were erased without even a notice to me. Here, before an image is erased, there is a deletion proceeding. I was criticized for uploading here, by a photographer, since he advised me to sell my photos. I said, that I want to share my photos free and solely to Commons and Wikipedia. Since last year, I photographed 10 Philippine provinces, that is, about more than 150 towns (meaning, the interiours of heritage and historical churches, even the gavels and name plates of mayors, governors, judges, legislative session halls, etc.) It has never been done nor duplicated in Philippine photography. Even the most remote 5th class towns with Stub Wikipedia articles, I photographed. I could have use SLR but, you know, many stupid or arrogant bystanders would interfere with my concentration, thus, this handy Nikon AW100 is apt for daily photography. Let me stress, that, unlike 4 years old children who are now taught these computer and internet basics, we never had this internet from 1965. So, believe me that even Magistrates here, use yellow pad and even antique manual typewriters to pen decisions. With this long discussion, bear with my little knowledge of computer technology. I think I may have been mistaken that rotating technology is not in the Philippines. What is true, is that I am not so familiar with these. My Faith in Commons is that it is a collaboration of passionate editors. My photography philosophy is that my shortcomings can be remedied by administrators and other editors who are more passionate than I am. Rest assured that I am trying my best to bring to Commons the best of the Philippines' most unphotographed towns and most remote towns and landmarks. Thank, and if you come to the Philippines, believe me, it is so beautiful, and all year green, there are only 2 seasons, but rains are always there, including the clouds that destroy my pictures. A deeper thought on my photography: one important point, is, I noticed that my beloved and hard worked photos are being rotated by photo lovers administrators, thus, I wait for 3 days or 2 days to rotate what is not yet rotated. One thing for sure, is, even if I disregarded the call of others to sell my photos, I am grateful that my $70 expense for each Town photography, is rewarded when my photos are being watched, noticed and seen by you, Commons editors, admins and the world of photographers, students here, researchers and ... when they rotate my photos, for I am sure, they look at my photo philosophy ... and in the End... they will find that my User page photo and about 4 only of 31,000 uploaded large file photos, contain the Coded deepest secrets of this Universe embedded in the elusive Ultimate Orange, Pink, Violet and ... Lights, travelling trillion of times faster than the speed of Earth light thus .... in State ... meaning, no time no space, Ultimate Time Travel, Eternity in the landmark Churches here in the Philippines, and in the hearts of those who love my photos ... The sun, the weather and the picture perfect

Thanks Penyulap for your visiting my page. I learned how to rotate and I have fun in rotating. I have no more problem with rotating. Intentionally, however, I allowed and desire Commons administrators like learned and erudite hard workers User:Túrelio, inter alia, here to look at my pictures and my descriptions thereof. I was warned about copyright issues or copy paste in descriptions of photos and editing Wikipedia. Thus, I asked the aid of some veteran editors here to help me not violate the copyright laws by using my own words in descriptions of photos. So, when my images are rotated by administrators, I appreciate by concluding that my work is alright and done according to law. I was told that there is no adoption here, thus, my favorite editor User:P199 taught me on categorizing. Thus, I only put my images in 1 category unless other ones are needed. Please, do understand that my love and passion for photography have a limit in uploading: I am already 59 years old: here, even 2 years old would open and play computers, internet. I learned this stuff just in 2006, in forums and uploading in Photobucket, Flicker, etc. But I stopped uploading my treasures thereat including in Facebook, since I found Commons philosophy of free, no ads, and greatest viewer watching by the world out there, so fantastic. Ergo, I believe that I cannot really comprehend the technology of Commons regarding, enhancing of pictures. For example: some computers here, which I use are so slow (sharing computers, which I use, for I do not have my own - it is hard to find and buy one with more than 3 mbps speed - thus I upload the 500 pictures of about 2 towns in 3 days - that is, 2 hours per 30 images per computer, so slow; and I have to sleep at 4 am.); my point, is: with all due respect - there is no substitute for full sun and patience; no matter if I use a $ 7,000 Nikon, if it is cloudy, and people, including wires, tarpaulins, block the facade of landmarks, then, my picture is bad no matter what. I learned a bit daily. For example: I want more towns, and I failed to take a picture of the important interiors of Town halls. This town hall of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija was burned.[43] I just took 2 photos of this. I am sad that if only I took 100 pictures, as you notice that I take 200 photos per town, now, I could claim that Commons and only Commons has this picture. Tersely, I pondered in editing my photos using the Microsoft Picture Manager which is sometimes available here in the computers. But, I meditate that I want raw and unedited photos uploaded, since: "a raw picture can be edited and enhanced by Commons lab tools, while an edited one can no longer be." User:P199 had edited and uploaded some versions of my raw pictures. I love editors here to look at the Philippine and its historic, beautiful landmarks. When I photographed Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, the Papabile, on June 8, 2013, National Consecration, I got close to his face about 5 inches off, and no one dared - 200 photos. This is a treasure for Commons. None ever dared to take these photos so close. Furthermore, I love to picture stub articles of remote never ever heard towns in Wikipedia, wherein, you cannot find any photo in the Internet. And when I say and certify that I solely upload in Commons, my Work is Light. I desire that someday, editors here and the world, will be able to accept my Outer Space and Mystic photos of rarest blue orbs in Churches, rarest white orbs that appear in non-dust photos of towns, and the mystic heavens in Kawit, Cavite Church, my 1 of 35,000 photos here. And if you look at my profile Blue Light photo, you will know that Commons will never be the same again. It is a photo of the deepest secrets of this Universe: "Elements 911, Element 112" - pure Light. Regarding blocking of facade - please notice that it is almost next to impossible to eliminate people and blocking materials in picture perfect. But my patience, waiting, for opportune time to shoot, rewarded Commons with facade without any person, garbage and any dirt. I respectfully submit that I am an idealist photographer, but, there is no substitute for a sunny and sun into the face of the facade, and no blocking or people. I have to admit that my age of 59 years old may not be able to catch up with the technology, but with your collaboration, I remain truly yours. A final point - I am into Law, and Judgment, my forte - please understand that even here in Philippines the most brilliant magistrates do not know how to use manual typewriters using yellow pad and never touched internet. I transcended this ignorance, but, even if I try my best for Commons, the editing and lab part may fail my age and disposition. I am sorry for this long disquisition and submission, but I will try my best not only to capture the best of the landmarks and stub Wikipedia articles of remote Town and ageless Churches, I am willing to be helped and slowly and carefully learn with your collaboration, and by all of you who, for one reason or another, would have to love Beautiful Philippines. I found you, meaning, I believe you believe in the Light. 450 had seen the 7 dimension, meaning more vivid than 3G or 4D Imax, inside the Stigmata in my 2 palms. Sad to say, I failed to take photos of these. Yesterday, I took 525 photos of Lipa City, the mystic land of 1948 Roses in our history. There at the great Cathedral of Lipa a worker told me that I had been taking pictures daily since 3 days ago. I told her that it was only in 1975 that I saw Lipa Fernando Air base. I had been seen bilocating all over the world. I showed her my palms for 5 minutes, and she stated that she saw the Blessed Virgin fully radiant her face and the white Roses so many. I became sad, since I cannot photograph these. Even last week, when amid the rain, I rode the tricycle, to photograph Silang, Cavite, the driver insisted that I was there before on June 11, and I laid flowers upon the Monument of their Hero. Even in San Antonio, Zambales, the bell ringer had seen me for months doing the dress of the Virgin Mary Ina Poon Bato and he saw the brilliant triangle Lights in my 2 palms. This user page would be filled if I narrate it here. I came to our famous Bishop Deogracias Iniguez[44] and this skeptic did not believe in me, until a girl who has many skin diseases told him that she saw for 5 minutes 3 cherubim or small angels playing blowing the trumphets in the clouds 7 dimension. He asked me to submit this testimony to the Process to the Bishops CBCP, I refused. My time has not yet come. I told him I want to take picture of more than 500 towns and churches to share my Light thereat. The same thing happened at Silang, Cavite, a born-again saw the Rays in my palms. I hold the only Stigmata in Church history which has no blood, the "Stigmata resurrectionis" or the Resurrection stigmata. I am a skeptic but a Mystic of the mystics. I ponder and meditate that skeptics are better to talk to than Bishops here. In the end Bishop Iniquez asked me to heal his ailing mother, 96 years old of Alzeimer. I love Commons, than to talk to these Bishops. For, my photos speak more of Light and Truth that these infidels. Rest assured, that when you come to Philippines, or if you have friends here, let them come to me, and they will see the Lights in my 2 palms. He has limited access to computers in general in his home country. A number of editors and admins are aware of this, and are assisting by marking the images for rotation so that Ramon can do what he does best, that is, spend a not insignificant amount of money and effort to travel from town to town and photographically document the landmarks for us. Oh, thanks very much. Actually, it is really easy to rotate. But, I intentionally allow about 2 days to rotate, for I believe, some lovers of my photos would visit and see my very rare photos like about 2 administrators here if you notice. Actually, after uploading, I click the images that must be rotated in another windows, then just push the button for rotating and Bingo. I desire you and many photographers to know that these photos are rarest. For instance, nobody ever dared to photograph these treasures, the Memorabilia and best kept secret of Supreme Court Justice Guterrez. Even when I went to Concepcion, I was so afraid to enter, but the caretaker Letty and her relatives asked me to come in and they are very proud when local tourists discover Justice Gutierrez's treasures beside the Mount Maculot. Let me stress that again, you cannot find these photos of these 2 towns of Batangas in the internet. It is a first time in Philippine history that they were photographed. It took me 6 hours to come back home the other day. What I am afraid of are Virus, so, I am so careful in going to shared computers. Thanks for your kindness. Thanks for your having noticed this scenic view of Mount Makiling from the only gateway (bus terminal, crossing and junction) to the South, Bicol region. I passed this often but this time, the sun was so cooperative and it is rare to see majestic Mount Makiling so blue and so cleared by the sun. Thanks for your message: when I shot the Legislative session hall, it was closed and there was glare[45] Then, I had it rotated, 90 degrees. So, I hope I can fix it, but I failed; hence I uploaded a new version[46]. This is the panoroma of the Town hall, including the landmark Malvar Shrine and monument. But then, the panorama was rotated, hence it looked standing up. I beg your indulgence to understand my predicament, our slow only about 1.8 Mbps internet (I can upload only 36 images in 2 hours, so, I sit in the internet 12 hours, and I can't open so many windows due to low memory); and I am 59 years old with very little understanding of these technologies but with yours' and other learned editors' collaboration and help for me and aid, my photos and efforts will verily be valuable to the world of learners, photographers, among others: I respectfully submit that as I see the picture is rotated and fine, hence, thanks again. With over 53,000 Files or photos of 14 Provinces that is about 200+ towns and churches, landmarks in the Philippines, very comprehensive, one can imagine that a Coffee Table book or terse compilation in book form of these free photos - for sure - would result in unprecedented, record - maybe in Philippine photography that may in time, become a best seller in book stores. Rotation of images

Hi Ramon, perhaps you have seen, that many images from you must be rotated by a bot. But many people must give the order to rotate it. So I would recommand that you rotate the images before on your harddisk. It's very simple e.g. with Xnview (http://www.xnview.com). I had til a short time before the same problem. Thanks for your message. I will try to study the rotation, since, last time I tried to use some device, but when uploaded they fail, hence, I opted to use the best, the one here of Commons. Often, I could not on the day uploaded rotate all, since, our internet here is utterly slow, like now, in the speedtest, only .02 or 03, when the normal should be about .80 and in your country about 15. By the way, the teenager server here did teach me to rotate: he asked me to use the picture manager of work and use the 90 deg rotation at the top tool and here is the Saint Peter resized image photo test, bingo. Well, age does not matter, but I do comprehend that most of Wikipedians like here in Philippines are so young at heart especially from my alma mater, the 3 Ateneos, where I studied since 1971-1982 (Universite, MBA and Law). At least, you and I are more advanced than 2 Supreme Court Justices of the Philippines whom I personally saw writing in yellow pad, the other, with manual typewriter; internet and all these technologies (utterly common even to Grade 2 pupils here) are "never heard" to us, until on 2006. For sure, I received some messages on rotation, but I refused due to fear of mistakes. I remember years when I used Facebook, I rotated but the images remain unrotated. But becauuse of your message, by serendipity, a Zambales teenager did teach me yesterday: just click the rotate tool on top of picture manager, bingo; there are some that I do forget, hence, I use this Commons rotator. If you come to Philippines, have a time to see even 1 of the 14 Provinces I comprehensively covered: it never ever happened in world history of photography that 14 Provinces meaning about 300 towns (their churches, their bell towers, their Municipal offices, even the garbage market) are caught by Nikon camera.
