Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hallo ROKI42, du schreibst "useage rights granted to Ursula Kissel". Das genügt so aber nicht. Falls besagtes Fotostudio Backofen die/der Fotograf/in ist, sollte sie die gewählte freie Lizenz gegenüber permissions-commons-de@wikimedia.org (OTRS) bestätigen, und zwar von ihrer eigenen Emailadresse aus. --Túrelio (talk) 12:55, 18 October 2022 (UTC)

Danke für Ihren Kommentar/Prüfung.

Ich habe jetzt an permissions-commons@wikimedia.org den offiziellen Request geschickt.

Dieser besteht aus dem code snippet in dem ich Ursula Kissel als Rechte-Owner bezeichnet habe und entsprechend frei gibt sowie einem Email thread in dem das Fotostudio "Backofen" (mit dem diese Nutzung des Bildes von Anfang an besprochen war) nochmal explizit der Publizierung des Bildes zustimmt, auf meine Anfrage ob sie zur Publizierung die Rechte an uns übertragen.

Ich denke das sollte dem rechtlichen Genüge tun. Ich hoffe Sie und ihre Kollegen stimmen dem zu.
