Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

If anyone needs to contact me, the fastest way to do that is to leave me a message at my talk page on en.wiki, which you can find at my talk page on en.wiki. I'm not really active here, and probably only come on to Commons every few months or so. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:59, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
Why?
[edit]I just want a second chance on Wikipedia to proof I am independent, I know all the polices, rules, and overall a better User. But why aren't I getting that chance?? I made my request and it seems it was declined. Please give me back my talk page access. I'll definitely use it for only one purpose: To make unblock request.
If it wasn't for the harsh and strict things you have done, I could have been a good, and perfect user. I have no other choice. I will not sockpuppet even in this situation. I will only use my one and only account that I will not give up to use it to it's full potential.
My purpose to be in Wikipedia is to make Wikipedia better. As a new user, I will have my ups and downs, which will eventually be all ups. And for that, why am I not given that chance? I'm don't want to get unblocked just for my only satisfaction, but for the good of Wikipedia, that I can proof it. If I were you, I will have unblocked Earth100 immediately. --Earth100 (talk) 04:59, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
- Type WP:UTRS into the searchbox on en.wikipedia. There is a link with instructions there that allow you to request an unblock without using your talk page. A completely uninvolved administrator will examine the issue, consulting myself or other admins or even the community as necessary. Qwyrxian (talk) 10:12, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
- I am sorry, and thank you for your reply.--Earth100 (talk) 04:39, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
