Olympiaturm

Hallo Poco a poco,

mir ist aufgefallen, dass du am Münchener Olympiaturm warst. Hast Du den abgesehen von diesem Bild File:Olympiaturm, Múnich, Alemania1.jpg weitere Bilder des Bauwerks gemacht? Vielen Dank für die Bilder vom Olympiaturm. Allerdings finde ich, dass sie irgendwie merkwürdig pixelig aussehen. Auch dein heute eingestelltes Bild bei QIC File:Olympiaturm, Múnich, Alemania 2012-04-28, DD 25.JPG. Schau es mal in der 100%-Ansicht an. Und das obwohl Du laut EXIF die EOS 5 Mark II benutzt hast, eine sehr ordentliche Kamera. Was ist da passiert? Vielleicht kannst Du Die ja nochmal neu entwickeln. Bei deinen neueren Bildern, z.B. Te escribo aquí porque me cuesta mucho hacerlo en inglés en la página de QI y porque la explicación es demasiado larga. Es sobre File:Pazo de San Marcos. Edificio da Deputación de Lugo. Galiza-2.jpg. Me dices que está torcida en contra de las agujas del reloj. El problema que tengo es que no encuentro líneas verticales torcidas. ¿Me puedes indicar la línea, aunque sea con una nota en la imagen? Trabajo con una pantalla de 13 y es posible que yo no capte la inclinación.

Yo, para mirar si una imagen está torcida, reparo en la línea vertical que está más al centro. Si esa línea está recta, la imagen no está torcida. Si, aún estando recta, están torcidas las líneas verticales laterales, el problema es de distorsión, no de inclinación.

La única línea horizontal que me permite decir que una imagen está torcida es la del horizonte en el mar. Si las líneas horizontales están torcidas y las verticales rectas, el problema es la perspectiva al tomar la foto. Se puede arreglar, pero es difícil.

En imágenes como esta, las líneas verticales y horizontales deben estar rectas, a no ser que el original no esté recto. Yo veo rectas tanto la línea horizontal que está más arriba como la que está más abajo. Veo también rectas tanto la línea vertical más a la izquierda, como la que está más a la derecha.

Acabo de ver, tras casi 20 minutos mirando la imagen en mi pequeño monitor, que la línea horizontal superior está un poco torcida, pero la inferior no lo está. Si las verticales están rectas, es un problema de distorsión o perspectiva que yo no sé arreglar. Hasta sería posible que el objeto fuese así, pero me parece raro. No soy un especialista. He empezado a hacer el comentario y he empezado a creer que más que un problema de excesiva nitidez es un problema de excesivo contraste, o probablemente las dos cosas juntas.

Yo veo un problema en los bordes, en toda la imagen, pero sobre todo cuando hai muchos bordes, problema que puede tener que ver con el dar a la imagen una mayor nitidez de la debida o un excesivo contraste. En mi opinión el paso de un color a otro, cuando hai borde, es muy brusco, poco natural.

El exceso de nitidez puede provocar halos o pixelado en los bordes (creo yo), acompañado de un contraste excesivo se magnifica. Fíjate en el letrero más inferior de todos (el que está más abajo y un poco a la izquierda). Se observa en la parte superior del letrero aberraciones cromáticas verdes, y aberraciones cromáticas púrpuras en la parte inferior. Si reparas en las púrpuras, verás que no hay un color unitario, hay unas franjas o líneas oblicuas blancas que se disponen regularmente que, en mi opinión son debidas a la nitidez y/o al contraste excesivo.

Es difícil decirte donde veo un exceso de nitidez (quizás acompañado por un exceso de contraste), porque la percibo en la globalidad, en la suma de elementos. La zona de la mujer con cámara y el brusco paso de un color a otro. Las ramas que caen sobre la pared y el brusco paso del castaño a un blanco casi quemado.

Espero que te sirva de algo. Puedo intentar trabajar la imagen para que puedas contrastar lo que yo veo con lo que tú puedas ver. Después te pasaría la imagen por medio de un espacio para compartir privado. Si lo deseas, lo intento.--Miguel Bugallo 12:49, 8 May 2012 (UTC)

Nueva versión

He subido una nueva versión de File:Edificio principal, Jardín Botánico, Múnich, Alemania 2012-04-21, DD 11.JPG. Si no te gusta, puedes revertirla. He eliminado todo lo posible las aberraciones cromáticas y los halos que provocan. Si fuese un archivo RAW, no quedaría ningún resto de ellas con lightroom 4. Al eliminar las aberraciones cromáticas, los colores se vieron afectados (pienso que con los RAW no se afecta tanto), perdieron saturación, por lo que tuve que trabajar la saturación y la luminosidad. Para dar más profundidad al cielo, he oscurecido los azules un poco.

No he conseguido que los amarillos fuesen tan amarillos como en la imagen original, aunque tamién he subido la saturación de los amarillos un poco. Si la subiese más, afectaría al color de la piedra del edificio.

Me he dado cuenta de que no se puede bajar la nitidez de un archivo JPG. Como trabajo siempre con RAW, no lo sabía.

Espero que te guste, pero, en caso de que no te guste o de que prefieras hacerlo tú, no tengas problema en revertir la versión o en subir una nueva.

Voy a anunciarlo en QI, la nueva versión precisa de tu aprobación allí tras yo anunciarla.

No me gusta hacer críticas...

No me gusta hacer críticas de imágenes. No me siento seguro (parece el anuncio de televisión de las compresas). Iba a "criticar" esta imagen tuya cuando decidí no guardar lo que había escrito ya que tenía aún que escribir más... y no me ha apetecido hacerlo en inglés o justificarlo después en inglés. Otros opinarán.

No me gusta la imagen. Podría declinarla aunque me encanta la composición y me encanta la presentación de la estrutura arquitectónica, me parece perfecta (distorsión, inclinación...). Veo tres defectos, pero no quiero sentar cátedra con lo que creo ver: CAs (evidentes en puertas, personas y arcos). Muy pobre detalle en toda la imagen probablemente debido a la óptica. El tercer defecto que veo no sé a qué se debe. Pienso que puede ser un problema de luminosidad. De hecho el cielo está bien o es más que aceptable, pero el edificio me parece un poco oscuro. Esto último es solo una impresión, ya que puede ser debido a la hora del día, pero yo no sé qué luz hay en ese lugar a esas tempranas horas por lo que no podría decir nada en la página de QI puesto que ante cualquier contestación tuya me desdiría.

Lo dejo así. El servicio de comentar la foto lo hago igual y no me creo tensión. Comentar imágenes me crea tensión. Otro abrazo más --Miguel Bugallo 16:56, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

Me gusta mucho más File:Edificio principal, Jardín Botánico, Múnich, Alemania 2012-04-21, DD 03.JPG que la otra imagen semejante que habías propuesto. Fíjate en la sucesión de colores (de arriba a abajo) de la planta que está sobre el edificio: me parece más natural, más real. Además, me encanta la composición.

La imagen de la farola sí tiene más problemas en mi opinión: Hay mucho ruido en el fondo (background). Las farolas del fondo (unas farolas bajas y raras) tienen desagradables halos amarillo-rojizos en la parte superior. Las ramas que se asoman en el lado derecho quizás se pudiesen haber evitado (poco importante, pero está ahí). El empedrado de la calle no me gusta nada, pienso que es un exceso de nitidez (¿"oversharppening" en inglés?). Lo que me resulta más bonito de la imagen es el cuerpo de la farola, pero veo un poco de ruido--Miguel Bugallo 17:18, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

Re:Faroleando

La imagen ha mejorado y la he promovido, pero supongo que eso no es lo que más te importa. Lo importante es sacarle partido a la cámara.

Yo domino un poco photoshop (supongo que poco, aunque hice un cursillo de 50 horas cuando ya lo dominaba algo). Lo que te puedo asegurar es que, si no consigues un nivel de experto en photoshop, va a ser difícil que mejores la nitidez. Yo no he conseguido mejorar la nitidez con photoshop y he probado bastantes cosas. Photoshop no es el programa adecuado para revelar imágenes. Photoshop es de Adobe, y Adobe tiene otro programa para revelar, Lightroom 4. Cuando yo compré la cámara, me dejé guiar por una compañera que hacía unas fotos buenísimas, y acerté.

Lightroom 4 cuesta unos 130 € y compensa. Yo te puedo guiar para que comiences a usarlo, pues tiene su complejidad; pienso que es posible que no puedas conseguir el resultado deseado sin ser guiado, aunque a lo mejor eres más competente que yo. Ahora bien, con un casi nada que te diga, podrás caminar solo.

En caso de que no te decidas a comprar lightroom, para subir la nitidez de las imágenes -tengo mi cámara delante-, puedes hacer lo siguiente (quizás ya lo sepas)

1. Pulsa en el segundo botón de la cámara del lado izquierdo, está encima del botón "info".
2. Con la rueda grande trasládate hasta "1"
3. Pulsa el botón "Info"
4. Escoge el estilo de imagen que desees (Fiel, paisaje, normal...). Para hacerlo, pulsa el botón central de la rueda grande y hazla girar. Finalmente vuelve a girar el botón de la rueda grande
5. En la rueda pequeña (está encima de la grande) pulsa hacia abajo para señalar "nitidez".
6. Sube la nitidez pulsando el botón central de la rueda grande y haciendo rodar posteriormente la rueda grande. Prueba a colocarlo en una de las dos últimas posiciones.
7. Finalmente, pulsa "Menú"

La imagen mejora. Pero sin Lightroom va a ser mucho más fácil que obtengas resultados que te convenzan. No siempre vas a conseguir algo que te convenza o que convenza, pero con Lightroom lo puedes conseguir muchas veces. Yo no consigo siempre que las imágenes me convenzan (algunos días debo de andar atontado y no me gusta nada de lo hecho), de hecho hay muchas imágenes que no me atrevo a proponer a QI.

Ante todo agradecerte el tono del comentario. No creas que es frecuente un tono cálido, por mucho que sea normal en ti. La mesura te llevará a tener grandes compañeros en Commons o en las Wikipedias (no necesariamente yo, posiblemente otros).

Me es difícil decir lo que yo veo si tú no lo ves. Lo intento: Mira la imagen en tamaño real y repara en la marca más central que he señalado. En el objeto señalado, hay cielo y hay hierros (tubos, acero, aluminio... da igual). El problema es que la transición entre el cielo y los hierros es anormal, hay una linea blanca. A esa línea yo le llamo "halo". No sé si "halo" será el nombre más apropiado pues no soy un especialista en fotografía.

Te puedo decir cuándo me puede aparecer a mí un "halo" como ese. Me aparece al provocar una excesiva nitidez o también si oscurezco demasiado los colores azules del cielo. Sea como sea, en mi opinión, la presencia de esa franja blanca supone una imagen no natural y es para mí un defecto.

Pienso que en una imagen sin trabajar es casi imposible que esos halos aparezcan, pero puedo estar confundido.

He vuelto a revisar la imagen File:Panadería, Herrsching, Alemania 2012-05-01, DD 01.JPG. La calidad en general es buena, sin embargo me parece que le falta un poco de contraste o de luz, porque los blancos no son suficientemente blancos.

Supongo que es una foto tomada en un interior. No me atrevo a opinar públicamente sobre todo porque me costaría mucho decirlo en inglés.

Te agradezco el comentario sobre "like", pero no lo entiendo demasiado porque quizás tengas que pensar que yo deseo manifestarme subjetivamente (te lo explico en el tercer párrafo de este comentario). Tengo un pésimo nivel de inglés. Es casi increíble que pueda colaborar en QI. La verdad es que me supone bastante esfuerzo. Yo tenía un nivel de inglés aceptable (era capaz de hablar sin traducir) con quince o diecisiete años, Desde los diecisite dejé de usar el inglés y lo he vuelto a retomar con casi 45 años.

Te agradezco que me hagas comentarios sobre mi inglés. A pesar de la edad que ya tengo, sigo aprendiendo con facilidad lenguas.

Cuando digo que una imagen me gusta (I like it), sin decir que tiene una buena calidad, se debe a que, aún gustándome la imagen, no estoy seguro de que sea una buena imagen. En realidad, estoy ofreciendo a otros usuarios la posibilidad de ponerla en discusión, pero, dado que veo cosas positivas, la promuevo. Quizás sea eso lo que percibas, pero, si percibes eso, es exactamente lo que deseo que percibas.

La imagen de Mattbuck ("I like..." "I love...") me parece oscura, pero tengo un probema. El problema es que mi monitor es ligeramente oscuro y no sé si se debe a la imagen o al monitor. La imagen me gusta, pero no puedo decir con seguridad si es o no QI. La promuevo, pero doy pie a que otros la declinen. No me parece mal que la pongas en discusión si así lo consideras, al revés, agradezco esa circunstancia porque podría permitirme darme cuenta de que el monitor que tengo no es tan oscuro.

Otra opinión

Disculpa, pero prefiero opinar en español. Prefiero hablar contigo aquí en vez de hacerlo en QIc. En este caso es sobre la imagen File:Vista panorámica de Múnich desde Olympiapark, Alemania 2012-04-28, DD 01.JPG. En inglés sería imposible que me explicase como voy a hacerlo.

La imagen es muy muy aprovechable, puede ser excelente, pero le veo defectos.

Deseo que tengas claro que es una opinión: yo no soy un experto fotógrafo, solamente soy un aficionado a la fotografía. Por favor, ten siempre eso en mente cuando yo me dirija a ti por motivos como este: Decides tú (creo que decir esto no era necesario, pero es necesario para mí).

En la parte derecha de la imagen hay dos torres, una tiene un reloj, la otra, la que está un poco menos a la derecha, pero más al fondo, tiene unas aberraciones cromaticas intensas. Con esas aberraciones no es fácil que la imagen sea QI.

A parte de eso, pues solamente corrigiendo eso yo podría promover la imagen, con la intención de contrastar opiniones, puedo manifestar algún otro detalle que no me agrada:

El detalle de la imagen es excelente, los verdes están bien, pero los naranjas o medio rojos de los tejados parecen sobresaturados (no es una opinion técnica, es una impresión, ya que no lo he comprobado con nigún programa). La sobresaturación puede producirse al aumentar el contraste. A veces, cuando se aumenta el contraste conviene desaturar un poco la imagen o algunos colores.

Lo último que puedo criticar de la imagen es una cuestión muy muy menor: La nitidez de los edificios me parece excesiva (opinión muy personal). Lo digo porque los bordes son muy duros cuando hay contraste (un borde entre una zona clara y otra zona oscura).

Por otro lado, veo que has recortado la imagen. Yo la recortaría un poco más. Creo que hai demasiado cielo. Creo que bastaría con reducirlo a 3/4 partes o a 2/3 partes del cielo que hay
