Hello, Is there an English copy of "Brazilian Law number 9279 of May 14, 1996" that we could link to somewhere? What is the limit to the jurisdiction of this law? A respeito do Template:PD-BrazilGov da qual você é o criador. Você fala a respeito da lei 9279 (lei de propriedade industrial) que diz que os símbolos oficiais são de domínio público. Só que a lei não diz nada a respeito do uso de símbolos oficiais.
Creio que você tenha se enganado.
