This is not about taking a photograph on a public place. Taking a picture and publishing are two different things. Taking a picture and publishing it in Wikipemdai Commons is a third thing. This is about taking a photo of a copyright protected artwork and uploading it to Wikimedia Commons under CC license which permits commercial use of the photo. Instead of a private anonymous website who "helps" a private Facebook group, I'd like to present you a booklet PDF published by Finnfoto, briefly about the organization in english [1]. Unfortunately the booklet is available only n Finnish. Photos of copyrighted artwork can be uploaded in fi-wiki. --Htm (talk) 13:12, 5 August 2022 (UTC)

I found an Finnish language bloc about cemeteries and there was an mentioned abou the Helsinki Administrative Court ruling decision (No 09/1083/2) from this link: http://elamaahautausmaalla.blogspot.com/2015/11/olen-saanut-kysymyksen-koskien.html?m=1. The Helsinki Administrative Court ruling 09/1083/2 was about information on tombstones (which usually include dead persons' (full official) name, date of birth, date of death, possible family relations between people buried in same grave etc.) and whether these pieces of information are private information protected by Finnish law 523/1999 Personal Data Act [2]. Ruling was, that publishing tombstone information is not violation against that kind protection of private life that is ment in Personal Data Act. So publishing photographs of tombstones with information about dead people is not unlawful. -- Htm (talk) 22:04, 7 August 2022 (UTC)
