Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

The photographer, Louise Keeton, informed me yesterday at 3 pm that she had sent the requisite email granting permission. What other steps need to be taken. @Oneoneoneone1111: If COM:OTRS instructions has been followed, you just have to wait. You can use {{OTRS pending}} if you want to notice that the email has been sent and when. --Lacrymocéphale (talk) 13:45, 14 June 2018 (UTC)

 Comment This has already has a long wait at OTRS under ticket 2018020710012811 - uploaded 13:20, 20 February 2018 by User:Firstmilast, and was deleted 15:57, 15 May 2018 by User:Jcb as lack of OTRS permission, we cannot host it any longer. You will have to wait for OTRS to undelete it now. Ronhjones  ^(Talk) 19:52, 15 June 2018 (UTC)
