THE BOX (Roddy rich)

[edit]

Heyy, great minds, I am not writing this because I am lazy or envious but because of the passion I have to express myself.

School, school, school, everyone loves to learn, everyone loves to pass their exams, but what they didn’t teach us in school is out to think out of the box🤔 and I will explain what the term “box” literally means. The meaning of the term “box” is not just a wooden material where you can store things, but an invisible encapsulation where the ability to think is limited or crushed. What school didn’t tell us is that the equations, the laws, the solutions to problems they give us in school were actually thoughts and inventions of scientists that weren’t thought and learned in school, and because of this, we are given a set of rules to follow, and that if we go against them we are deemed wrong🤦‍♂️.
But this shouldn’t be the case because we are free beings, humans expected to show our creativity, intelligence, and discovery to help sharpen the world better. Let’s critically look at it, if albert Einstein didn’t sit down to think critically when he was a patent officer in Switzerland that, why the man he saw falling off the roof didn’t feel his own weight, probably by today we wouldn’t have what we call special theory of relativity, and probably if Isaac newton was so carried away with school, doing assignment, classworks of an invention someone already made in the past, we wouldn’t have what we call calculus🤷‍♂️. These men: Isaac newton, Charles Darwin, albert Einstein, Nicolas tesla actually raised questions to why what was being taught in school was happening, they argued with teachers on the answers they gave, they saw the beauty of their intelligence, and that’s why they are this great.
Okay everybody, hold on, hold on, hold on😌, going to school is good, it helps, and that’s an undisputable fact, if we didn’t go to school, possibly we wouldn’t have been enlightened this fast, possibly we wouldn’t have heard of all this beautiful evolutions life went through, but, school is just one reality of life, it’s just one section of knowledge that this world has in store for us, and when I mean world, I mean everything. We can get knowledge through dreams, we can get them through deep concentration and meditation towards things, we can get them through numerous things which I don’t know yet, I myself I’m still inside a box, my box is just only more spacious enabling me to think wider, but still don’t know everything yet. We can get knowledge from GOD, and I feel that’s why prophets and pastors of this generation can’t even do half of what the early prophets did, By ‘’Samson Ogeleka ‘’. For your notice, I am not indicting the BIBLE, it’s a powerful book which everyone admits to, but maybe if prophet Elijah had rapped to GOD or had whined GOD, maybe the rain he prayed to fall for 7 days would have fallen the first day. It’s all because we are limiting our knowledge to what Men of GOD said in the BIBLE, we believe they are the greatest and that’s why we believe we aren’t better than them because we are following a protocol them themselves laid down. I don’t believe you can be better than someone that created something, except you upgrade yourself or change the system at which the things are done.
I believe my points are clearly stated and explained enough, but if you still haven’t gotten the whole point, here’s a crystal clear demonstration: if you are anywhere, bring out a box, open it and spray perfumes inside, put a doll🙋 inside the box and cover immediately [very fast] and put it on the ground, sequentially, go upstairs or anywhere high holding another doll🙋‍♀️, cheeseballs, perfumes, and cut doughnuts, and from about 10,20, 30 feet high spray the perfume with the doll, cut doughnuts and cheese balls and allow them to float up in the sky with the box on the ground. Now; the doll represents a human being, the perfume represents beautiful knowledge while the cheeseballs, cut doughnuts represents different forms of knowledge, and what this means is that, despite the fact that perfume is a fragrance and something scenting, which is good, because the doll is locked inside a box it can’t have access to other forms of knowledge, whereas, the doll floating with cut doughnuts, cheeseballs, and perfumes has the school knowledge plus other knowledge hanging around. Stop bothering yourself about “Ohhh my mee207 assignment”, “Ohhh If I don’t finish this my classwork” and focus on the stars [ the brighter side]. The thing is that we are too busy that we don’t see the blessings in front of us, and that’s the box we are in
In conclusion, I am not saying we should quit school because it’s one aspect of fantastic knowledge out there, but if school can’t be modified to suit our advantage, definitely we know it isn’t worth it then, it’s better to drop it😔. Official fayomi (talk) 22:22, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Pusha T(push yourself beyond your limits)

[edit]

I would have started gyming last month but I don’t have enough money, and even if I go, I don’t have the sportswear, also, my house is too far from the gym, and I don’t even eat much food so I might collapse while gyming. We give excuses anytime something seems too hard or when we think we might fail if we try. But in reality, we are conquerors and even much better. The problem we are facing is that we haven't tried, and the only way to succeed is to try I have been trying to focus, I have been trying to kill this addiction but I’m just too weak, and I don’t even know what to do next, It’s like I have exhausted all my available strength, and the truth is, I am just too weary to continue. My brother, sister, remember you don’t enjoy being conquered, and your present situation is bad, whether you choose to admit it or not (you can’t even argue in the first place). We all know you are trying, even if we haven’t seen you try, we know you are fighting it, and "The people that do are only the ones that know how hard it is to do" by Kanye west. So be a narcissist for a moment, give yourself a pat on the back and embrace yourself for trying. The solution is to push yourself beyond your limits, and I'll clean your eyelids so that you’ll be able to see better. Last month when I was in school, a friend of mine approached me in my other friend's apartment for an unnecessary reason actually, and he asked me, “how many push-ups can you do now”?. He asks always because he knows I use to work-out and I have a very sexy body. I told him I could do a maximum of 70 push-ups at once, and he was baffled. He said; “70 is good but you are meant to do much more”. I proved defensive by saying 70 push-ups at a go is much, even for one of the strongest individuals, not to talk of me, but he said; it’s because you are limiting yourself, and that if I do your maximum how would you feel? Will it make you do more? At that point I felt a little nervous because I always wanted to be the best and didn’t want anybody to surpass that. On the long run, we changed the competition into squats which resulted in a draw. I was furious, and this time, again, he dared me to do 70 push-ups but with my other friend sitting on my back, this time I said to myself “if I don’t do this I’ll die”, but through his inspiration, and my determined mindset, I did it. It was as though I wanted to give in, it felt like GOD was pushing and pulling me down and up, and that’s how it feels when you are self-motivating. After I finished, I laughed and fell, it looked like a miracle come true, and that day I sent a new 100 push-up bench mark which I haven’t relented till today.

We all need an ambitious force to spark our resilience. Even if we can’t use a key, we will need a voice command to drive an Aston martin, and this is the same scenario for us. This ambitious force can come as a loud shout (the feeling you have when you score a world cup final goal), it can be your babe sitting attractively and looking at you, it can be music. The driving force can also be self-motivation which you can use different techniques to bring out. For example, it's like having two candles where one represents your strength, and the other represents your motivation, when the first candle gets ignited, it starts to burn and gradually fades away, and at the moment where it's almost vanished away completely (the point where the fire on the candle wax begins to quench), it falls on the candle that represents your motivation, and it ignites the fire and burns and burns until the morning comes. The point at which the first candle falls on the second represents the time you call on your motivation by using a technique.

Okay, I get the point, but I don't understand what you mean by technique. Technique is the mode of operation a person uses to motivate himself. For example, when you are tired in a marathon race, think of a motivational speech a successful person said on a YouTube shorts to keep you going. That's the simple sense, and the list goes on and on.
We are a result of our actions and not intentions. Seriously we won’t know how far we can go unless we act that move. Who knows if you can get the dream girl you want to, but because she lives in Lekki, you can't talk to her right? I laugh in V.I. If I had not forced myself beyond my limits, I am sure that even if I leave that 70 push-ups benchmark, my progress will be so slow it will seem insignificant.

My brother, sister, babe don’t sleep on chills, when you are doing a thing don’t be content on that particular level for years, do something, hit the hook, surpass the trademark, the landmark, and the benchmark, you have all the tools ready, so, let’s go.
