Hi. I reject your request for renaming photos of this personality and I explain here. You should show where is the obvious error in that filename. In that state, the name is the same as in the WP:en (Princess Maria Carolina of Bourbon-Two Sicilies), so there is no proof of an obvious error. To say the truth, I would prefer the name in french wikipedia : Bourbon-Sicilies. Another question : why do you say "she used the names Carolina Augusta" : have you any proof for that ? Greetings! All I mean/meant was that her signature obviously Caroline Auguste is simply French for Carolina Augusta. Therefore she should be known as such. She may well have been dead for over 200 years but I think it is fair to say she would have known her own name (or at least the names she used). Even then she was a member of the house of bourbon of the Two Sicilies. Bourbon-Two Sicilies is just illogical in my mind. It was the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
