Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Das Bild zeigt meine Person, es wurde mit meiner Einstimmung von Karsten Möbius (ebenfalls Mitarbeiter vom MDR) erstellt und ich wir beide haben die Rechte daran, weil ich die Rechte am eigenen Bild nicht abgetreten habe. Warum darf ich ein Bild von mir selbst, nicht in meinem Profil nutzen, selbst wenn diesen Bild öffentlich verfügbar ist?

(Habe das hier nur zufällig gelesen und mische mich mal ein:) Weil wir da pingelig sein müssen mit den Urheberrechten. Das Bild wurde nicht vom Hochlader aufgenommen. Das Urheberrecht schützt das Werk des Fotografen. Das Persönlichkeitsrecht schützt die Persönlichkeitd es Abgebildeten. Letzteres dürfen Sie natürlich beliebig freigeben, wenn Sie der abgebildete sind. Ersteres darf nur der Fotograf (oder ggf. der Inhaber der exklusiven Nutzungsrechte oder so) freigeben - und das muss so geschehen, dass es auch im Nachhinein und für Zweifler immer eindeutig nachvollziehbar bleibt. Es gibt hier das OTRS-System, wohin der Fotograf eine Freigabe mailen kann, die dann entsprechend hinterlegt wird und für Personen mit bestimmten Sonderrechten hier einsehbar ist und auf Verlangen überprüft werden kann. Man muss sich aber im Klaren darüber sein, dass Bilder, die auf Commons hochgeladen werden, grundsätzlich auch für weitere Nutzungen freigegeben werden müssen, also nicht nur für alle WIkimedia-Projekte, sondern auch für externe, sogar kommerzielle Nutzungen usw. Wenn nicht gewünscht ist, dass jemand T-Shirts mit dem Bild verkaufen darf, dann sollte man es nicht auf Commons hochladen. Eine beschränkte Freigabe nur für die eigene Nutzung auf der eigenen Seite gibt es hier nicht. Und zwar deshalb, weil dies hier kein Projekt zur Selbstdarstellung ist, sondern zur Verbreitung von freiem Wissen.
