User talk:Mr. Kruzkin 2~commonswiki

See you talkpage User talk:Señor Kruzkin . You are described as uncooperative and a vandal account only. See also Commons:Administrators'_noticeboard/Archives/Attention_7#Señor Kruzkin (talk • contribs).
What are you doing: You are stealing photographs you not made yourself and upload them here in total ignorance of our licensing policy. You are violating the photographers rights and with you unblock request you are continiou to claim authorship - which is obviously a lie. We can have critical images on Commons to, this project is not censored. Of course you can not simply include the images to the top of the Wikipedia articles, that may violate local policies. But we can not host your copyright violations: your wrong claims of authorship, you unsourced images, uploads without authors, images without a free licensing granted by the copyright holder. Furthermore you should request unblock for your main account, not for one of your various sockpuppet accounts. Also on Commons you are not allowed to operate sockpuppet accounts to undermine a block. Unblock not granted. --Martin H. (talk) 00:32, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
You maybe forgot that images from Flickr are not free because they are from Flickr - they are free if the AUTHOR (and not some random internetuser) licensed the image on Flickr under a free license. See Commons:Flickr, from all licenses on Flickr (All rights reserved, Creative Commons with BY, SA, NC, ND only the licenses cc/by-sa/2.0 and cc/by/2.0 are free licenses and accepted here. All images you later transfered with this accounts are licensed "All rights reserved" on one site and not the flickr users original creations on the other side. So writing the "authors" names to a box does not give you permission to a free license ;) Also a comment like "Its all over the internet and not copyrighted" is pure nonsense, see COM:PRP.
However, besides your misunderstanding of copyrights you still call for unblocking a known sockpuppet account. I just have to type your name to Google and find you on Commons: Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Archives/Attention 7 - the spanish Wikipedia: w:es:Wikipedia:Vandalismo en curso/Archivos/2009/04 - the simple english Wikipedia: w:simple:Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Archive6... Declined, this sockpuppet account is blocked. --Martin H. (talk) 23:57, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Mr. Kruzkin 2. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Mr. Kruzkin 2~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
