Combined?

- I'm not very good with templates, but if we can mix the licenses with it, that sounds like a good idea to me. :) Even though most content is CC-By-SA, I didn't want to tie it to that just in case there was an odd exception. - We wouldn't want WMF to look stupid so could we suggest they use Staff, WMF imager, or WMF sub-contractor type thing if they want to be anon? I don't know how rare that is though.

Some points
[edit]I appreciate the effort but to make it really good it should be made like a standard source template. So just the source of the work and beneath it the license template. The template should be made so it can be translated. This is kind of hard to do if you never done this before, but it looks like {{WMF-staff-upload}} was created.
