WLM/ categories for cultural heritage
Hello! Please, note that you are mixing up heritage monuments from Russia and Belarus. They have similar ID's and use similar WLM/XX categories for galleries, but one should not add the {{Cultural Heritage Russia}} template to an object from Belarus, and vice versa. Objects in Belarus are distinguished by the "Г" letter in their ID. Thank you. --Alexander18:32, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
Hello! Once again, please check carefully that you do not add Russian template to heritage monuments in Belarus, like here. Let me also say that it is not really necessary to create these categories by hand for any of the countries. They are purely technical and not needed for regular users. Thank you! --Alexander13:04, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
Sorry for the mistake. I must also be careful to the Д letter. Is there a documentation that tells how to distinguish Russian and Belarusian WLM categories ? MathXplore (talk) 13:34, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
Russian heritage ID's always contain 10 digits and no letters. Belarusian ID's may contain letters, or perhaps they always contain letters (I am not sure). In any case, every picture with a given ID should contain the cultural heritage template, like {{Cultural Heritage Russia}}. This template will immediately tell you whether it is Russia or Belarus.
