Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

CC-BY-ND images

Спасибі. Там написано "цей шаблон використовують лише для очевидних випадків" якщо зображення не може бути реліцензовано у відповідності до Commons licensing policy. Тобто видалені вами зображення не могли бути реліцензовані? Чому? Крім того я так і не знайшла у правилах (Commons:Deletion policy) причини за якою ви швидко вилучили ці зображення. --Maruša Trušova (talk) 12:34, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

на панораміо є ліцензії зображень (зліва внизу). У тих зображень, що ви завантажили ліцензія, CC-BY-ND, тобто в них має стояти шаблон {{Cc-by-nd}}. А зображення з цим шаблоном пдлягають швидкому вилученню.--Anatoliy (talk) 12:46, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Перепрошую за мою наполегливість, але ви не відповіли на мої запитання щодо "очевидності випадку" і можливості реліцензування зображень. Також згідно правил Commons:Deletion policy зображення із ліцензією CC-BY-ND не підпадають під критерій швидкого вилучення. --Maruša Trušova (talk) 12:56, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Читайте Commons:Licensing#Well-known_licenses. Цитата:

Some examples of licensing statuses commonly found on the Internet, but forbidden on Commons, include:

Creative Commons Non-Commercial Only (-NC) licenses

Unlicensed material only usable under fair use, fair dealing, or other similar legal exceptions (see below for the reasons)

Вище написано, що ці зображення заборонені. Такі зображення вважаються невільними. Якщо зображення невільне, то ми повинні мати на увазі, що його автор у будь-який момент може подати на на до суду. Тому в Commons діє превентивний принцип: якщо з'ясовується, що зображення невільне, то воно негайно вилучається, бо якщо будемо зволікати, то можемо отримати судовий позов і попасти на гроші. Причому не ми з вами, а Фонд Вікімедіа.--Anatoliy (talk) 13:44, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Там написано, що зображення із невільною ліцензією будуть вилучені. Тоді коли мене цікавлять підстави швидкого вилучення здійсненого вами. Оскільки в правилах щодо швидкого вилучення пояснення ваших дій мені виявити не вдалося, припускаю, що швидке вилучення зображень було здійснено вами з особистих мотивацій (з огляду на вашу участь у війні довкола статті Базалія). --Maruša Trušova (talk) 14:46, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
