Un amministratore, credo Dydim, ha bloccato alcune foto provenienti da un altro sito web. Ti spiego che cosa sto realizzando con alcuni amici di Gubbio. La pagina riguarda la Festa dei Ceri che molto presto diventerà patrimonio UNESCO e ho attinto per alcune foto a siti web "amici", come quello di Eugubini nel Mondo o quello dei Ceri che si svolgono a Jessup in Pennsylvania ben sapendo che i proprietari dei siti sono contentissimi di contrbuire alla pagina di Wikipedia con loro immagini. Altre foto le ho avute da altri eugubini che volentieri partecipano all'iniziativa. Presto ho intenzione di contribuire con altre foto che provengono da fotolibri privi di copyright. Quindi credo che ci sia stato un misunderstanding da parte degli amministratori causato da un errore di comunicazione da parte mia a causa della scarsa conoscenza delle norme di Wikipedia, però ti assicuro che tutto è alla luce del sole e non esiste alcuna reale violazione di copyright.

Il problema è sorto perché, fatta salva la tua evidente buonafede, non puoi caricare immagini o altri contenuti multimediali da siti amici senza una espressa autorizzazione da parte degli aventi diritto. Chiunque potrebbe venire qui e vantare rapporti che magari non ha, e in tal modo pretendere di supportare una violazione di copyright. Se conosci gli aventi diritto su quei contenuti ed essi sono in effetti felici di metterli a disposizione con una licenza compatibile, non devi far altro che aiutarli a seguire la procedura richiesta. In effetti Pequod ha già spiegato molto. Fatta salva la tua buona fede (un vandalo copyviolatore lo riconoscerei a vista, e non mi pare il caso tuo, sei stato solo maldestro), purtroppo quello che va su Commons deve essere o libero oppure autorizzato per uso libero. Nel tuo caso, se queste persone sono entusiaste di contribuire, non c'è problema: devono compilare un'autorizzazione per Commons tramite il servizio ticket OTRS per liberare le loro foto con una licenza compatibile (CC-BY-SA o GFDL). Nota bene che l'autorizzazione non è una tantum, ma viene concessa esplicitamente per le foto indicate nella stessa, a eccezione di altre. Quindi tante fotografie devi pubblicare, tante ne devono essere indicate nell'autorizzazione. L'autorizzazione OTRS deve essere concessa dai titolari e inviata all'indirizzo che trovi indicato nella pagina che ti ho linkato. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 19:49, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
PS Ovviamente astieniti dal pubblicare qualsiasi cosa finché non è stato autorizzato il ticket OTRS e se hai altri media non tuoi, prima di caricare chiedi.

Immagini

Pur essendo finito l'embargo già dal 7 aprile nei miei confronti, tuttavia non riesco a caricare nuove immagini di mia proprietà sulla pagina "Festa dei Ceri". Come devo procedure?

E non si tratta di un "embargo", ma di una dovuta e razionale cautela. :) Hai di nuovo caricato questa "festa dei ceri" in violazione del copyright altrui? Ti ripeto, non importa che i detentori siano a te vicini o siano concordi: è una cosa che devono *esplicitare*, altrimenti chiunque potrebbe violare il copyright altrui e dire "sono amico del detentore dei diritti". Si è capito che il tuo caso è diverso, ma allora opera perché la cessione dei file segua le procedure. E per capire le procedure fatti consigliare da un amministratore di Commons che parli italiano. Si è arrivati al paradosso di cancellare un disegno fatto da me in cui illustro il percorso dei Ceri. Se è stato trovato in qualche altro sito, è quel sito che ha violato il mio copyright. Qualcuno se l'è posta questa domanda? Io penso che qualcuno tra voi sia un po' estremista.

Io non ho inteso insultare nessuno neanche con garbo, ma soltanto esprimere liberamente il mio pensiero. Se tuttavia ti ritieni offeso, il problema è tuo non mio. In ogni caso, a scanso di equivoci, non pubblicherò più foto di alcun genere su Wikipedia, anche se scattate da me, perché purtroppo devo tristemente constatare che su Wikipedia viene invertito il principio basilare dello Stato di diritto, secondo il quale l'onere della prova è di chi accusa e non dell'accusato.
