Hello, the source for this file shows a different image, checking the Exif of the source file, it shows it was created a day after the file was uploaded here, probably the site just changed their official portrait, do you remember anything about it?  ■ MMXX  ^talk 23:39, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

Hello MMXX. Thanks for contacting me about this. I do remember the file and the ticket. The file uploaded here was the one that was in the website of the CAIB when I tagged the file with the OTRS template. The webmasters have since changed the image, as it seems the President has a new official portrait, which is this one.
