hello dferg, please note that the work you intend to delete of mine, being http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:DEFINITION_OF_ART_2010_by_mischa_vetere.jpg - as explained to one of your collegues, the saying i tried to illustrate is from a friend, matthias tuosto, in full agreement, quoted with name, and my opera has even more to say then just "god having sex with the devil = art", but also bringing in the idea that the artist tryes to push back the evil. therefore, it is highly educative, and in addition i 'gift' it, as other paintings for everybody to be used.

i believe this is due to the absurde request (of folksparty in switzerland) to deny (by simply deleting!) that there is active censorship in switzerland: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Censorshipistheliberalexpression_by_mischa_vetere_2010.jpg#Summary (being totally my work, meaning the english definition written by me in english [deleted!] changed inbto spaces of letters] which applies since i engaged myself for the arrested/invited roman POLANSKI in CH (for banking / us reasons) and against the anti-minartte-initiative of said party - since then my phone is censored (would go dead if i call a number not liked by ...), my email is hacked, mail filtered (the letter from angela merkels office i received 2010 as 'open letter', meaning not closed envelope... only because i wrote to her: "i would not know how you can reach me these dayse, since my mail does not allways arrive"... as clear answer: don't worry, you get your mail, BUT we check it!], and since i am a humanist poet against violation of human rights, for free speach, despite the fact, police knows about the proofen incidents and (under control of said party) does nothing against it, i go through very difficult times in my homecountry [being clear form of censorship] since my clear statement against the exchange of an asylum right (good functioning!) for a unlawful, inhuman asylum law in 2006 - most of the artists and intellectuals strongly expressed their disagreeing. 2009 my book "sputnik (von der läuterung)" needed to be published in german language by a frensch edition ... with the sole french remark "non translation by the author and the publisher" - the swiss national library has catologized it as a swiss book, and i permitted myself after the non-publication of my open letter to a big weekly journal (weltwoche), personally delivered to all big newspapers, swiss tv, two ministers of the country that paris and nîmes allways belonged to switzerland. please, i have only a few ways left to warn people in a general, educative way: facebook (i can since 3 months not access my own google blogs anymore; i wrote to them several times, but their answers would of course not reach me - i have prove in an other case!). in addition, i was asked by wikimedia commons (your collegue) to add categories, and the entire discussion around the two aforementioned paintings started, because i added a new category "censorship in switzerland" - please refer to my ironical answer on sunday wherin i agree to delete the category since it does not exist. please refrain however to delete the art work - it is / will be important to avoid the total disapearance of democracy, human rights, right thinking in the loved country, treating me since 2007 not to its best.

I have nominated for deletion the file you uploaded because I think I have found some problems that might go against our licensing and our inclusion policies (specially those related to derivative works and freedom of panorama).
