Pozdrawiam. Radomil talk 18:06, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

Image Tagging Image:Bukowiec Wielki.JPG
[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Bukowiec Wielki.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you. Hello, and thank your for sharing your files with Commons. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and or licensing of this particular file. Could you please resolve these problems, which are described on the page linked in above? Thank you.--

Logos
[edit]Hi, I'm afraid you are not allowed to upload images from Google maps and I'm afraid also that you must add sources to all your logos that can verify that the copyright owner allows use under GFDL and Creative Commons licenses. Otherwise your images will be deleted. Thuresson 14:52, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi, I'm afraid you are not the author of this image, you only took it from en:Image:Herb Prus III.jpg. You can not license fair use images as GFDL+CC. If you have trouble understanding copyright, you should refrain from uploading. Also, you might get blocked from using WikiCommons in the future. Thuresson 13:24, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

anwers.com
[edit]A answers.com ma to z Wikipedii :) Chodzi tu głównie o autora i czas powstania, a nie URL skąd to było ściągnięte. Bez tego nie można sprawdzić, czy prawa autorskie wygasły. A.J. 15:20, 18 September 2006 (UTC) (PS. Wiem, czepiam się, taka moja robota).
Pay attention to copyright | Image:PL Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Autoportret.jpg has been marked as a copyright violation. The Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content, that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You can ask questions about Commons policies in Commons:Help desk.
The file you added will soon be deleted. If you believe this image is not a copyright violation, please explain why on the image description page.

Reason is: Witkiewicz died in 1939; his works won't enter the Public Domain before 1939. Jastrow (Λέγετε) 17:34, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Niestety to prawda. Z bólem serca wykasowałem kiedyś całego Witkacego z Commons. A.J. 17:48, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Olga Boznańska Teodor Axentowicz i Wojciech Kossak tak samo... Sprawdzaj proszę datę śmierci artysty!!! W tej chwili "granicą" jest 1935 (za niedługo: 1936). A.J. 17:51, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Kilka uwag:
- Podawaj proszę URL źródła, jeśli to jest internet.
- Bardziej właściwy szablon licencji to {{PD-Art}}
