You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing Commons. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{Unblock}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. For more information, see Appealing a block.
See the block log for the reason that you have been blocked and the name of the administrator who blocked you.
This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.
Request reason: "Really sorry for the mishap here. I am new to wikimedia commons so I am unaware of the policies around spamming. I am not intending to spam and thought that removing my the website from the caption would solve the problem. I am merely trying to achieve image attribution for my client and did not realise that this might be flagged as a reason for indefinite blockage. As I am new to the platform it would be beneficial if you could outline your protocols and how I can avoid blockage due to 'spamming' in the future. Thanks. talk thyme"
Decline reason: "This was not a "mishap"; for example:
11:03, 6 October 2020 - ChrissyDEM, your first account, was blocked for "Spamming: and copyvios" (underline added)
11:03, 6 October 2020 - You were notified of the same, which included "See the block log for the reason that you have been blocked" (bold in the original)
11:49, 6 October 2020 - You posted an unblock request indicating you were blocked without reason
08:23, 7 October 2020 - This sock account, LucynDEM was created, and proceeded to recreate the deleted images.
No reasonable person would believe that creating a new account (bypassing the block and declined unblock request) purportedly to recreate the images "removing my (sic) the website from the caption" (which does not address, at a minimum, the copyvio issue for which you were also blocked) would be an acceptable course of action. You indeed acknowledge this sockpuppetry, and go further to indicate "I am merely trying to achieve image attribution for my client." As you are apparently unaware: above both the big blue "Publish files" button when you uploaded the files and the big blue "Publish changes" button when making your talk page comments has been the phrase "By clicking "publish", you agree to the terms of use." Those terms of use include "you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation." You've breached our policies; you've breached our terms of use; and, as has already been well-stated, nothing about your contributions suggests that you are here to benefit the project. As has also been previously stated, COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. Yet again, neither are on offer. Note I've removed talk page access as unblock requests must be made by the master account. Эlcobbolatalk14:47, 8 October 2020 (UTC)"[reply]

{{tUnblock}} A response to my previous unblock request would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for the unintentional spam. Please get in contact so that this issue can be resolved and blockage can be prevented in the future.
