Please give images better names

I noticed you've uploaded [[:{{{1}}}]] and I thought I should turn your attention to a common error.
Please give uploaded images meaningful names. Otherwise they are difficult to track and it is hard to tell what the image is about without actually looking at it. Gracias por subir tus ficheros a wikimedia commons. Ten en cuenta que las imágenes que se suban a commons deben ser útiles para todos los usuarios de los proyectos wikimedia, lo cual sólo es posible si las imágnes pueden ser encontradas por otros usuarios.

Para que otros puedan encontrar las imágenes que subiste, deben estar en algún sitio que se puedan encontrar navegando por la estructura de categorías. Esto significa que deberías poner las imágenes en la categoría adecuada y, opcionalmente, poner las imágenes en páginas del tema (galerías), o ambas cosas (mira Commons:Categories). Para encontrar categorías adecuadas para tus imágenes puede serte útil la herramienta CommonSense.

Puedes tener una visión general de los archivos que subiste en esta galería.

El punto importante es que las imágenes deben colocarse en algún sitio de la estructura general. Ahora mismo hay un gran número de imágenes completamente desordenadas en commons. Si quieres ayudarnos a colocarlas donde puedan encontrarse, ¡hazlo, por favor!

Problema con las imágenes

Has etiquetado correctamente algunas de tus imágenes, por ejemplo Image:000 2679.JPG, pero a las siguientes les falta la licencia y podrían ser borradas en el plazo de una semana

Gracias por subir estas imágenes. Las políticas de Commons están pensadas para que este proyecto y el de las wikipedias perdure y no sea atacado por poderes a los que no les interesa nuestra presencia en Internet, a los que no les interesa que la cultura sea libre. Si no procurásemos ser estrictos con los derechos de autor, correríamos el riesgo de que el proyecto se tambalease y/o desapareciese. Por falta de datos obligados, que probablemente no has puesto por desconocimiento, las fotos que has subido podrían ser borradas en el plazo de una semana

Paso a explicarte los datos que hacen falta y como incorporarlos

¿Qué debes indicar?

De donde procede la imagen

Si la imagen es de una página Web, es obligado colocar un enlace (link) al lugar exacto del que se recoge la imagen. Sea cual sea el origen de una imagen, en dicho origen tiene que poner que se permiten las obras derivadas y el uso comercial, a no ser que hayan pasado 70 años de la muerte del autor. Si en el sitio web no aparecen expresos estos conceptos la imagen podrá ser borrada por violación de los derechos de autor

Nota: La legislación internacional (apartado 5.2 do Convenio de Berna) indica que no es preciso ningún requisito para que cualquier obra tenga copyright. Por lo tanto sólo se pueden subir fotos de aquellos lugares que indiquen explícitamente que las imágenes están en el dominio público y permiten la realización de obras derivadas y el uso comercial.

si la imagen es de tu propia autoría, indícalo claramente. Si el objeto que fotografías tiene los derechos de autor restringidos (portada de un CD, de libros, programas de tele, pósters,...), tu foto también tiene esos derechos restringidos y no se puede subir a Commons (Commons:Derivative works).

si la has copiado de otra Wikipedia, coloca un enlace exacto a la página de información de la imagen original. No basta decir solamente que la imagen se tomó de "otra Wikipedia"; es necesario indicar el lugar exacto. Ten en cuenta también que algunas otras Wikipedias, como la inglesa, admiten imágenes bajo la cláusula de fair use que aquí no son aceptables por cuestiones legales.

¿Cuál es la licencia de la imagen?

Si la imagen la has hecho tú, debes utilizar una de las admitidas y expresadas en Commons:Selector de licencias y Commons:Sobre las licencias, por ejemplo {{GFDL-self}} o {{PD-self}}.

En caso de que sea copiada de algún sitio, debes poner la licencia que en ese sitio tenía.

Todas las imágenes que se suben a Commons deben permitir la realización de obras derivadas y el uso comercial. Pero hay más matices, de ahí que haya varias posibles licencias. La licencia PD-self coloca la imagen en el dominio público sin restricciones. En pocas palabras, la licencia GFDL-self obliga a que, si se utiliza la imagen se nombre al autor y el lugar de donde se obtuvo.

¿Cómo indicarlo cuando una imagen ya ha sido subida?

Accede a tus fotos.

Una vez que has accedido, haz click en la pestaña editar que está en la parte superior.

Añade los datos precisos escribiendo en la página que aparece. Recuerda que los datos precisos son el origen de la foto y la licencia. La licencia hay que ponerla entre e paréntesis: {{PD-self}}, {{GFDL-self}}

Guarda la página

¿Cómo indicarlo cuando vas a subir una imagen?

En el momento de la subida hay una caja en la que puedes escribir que pone Summary. Puedes poner ahí los datos y así no tienes que editar después la foto

Otro problema

Si tus fotos no son útiles para nadie podrían acabar algún día siendo borradas. El problema es que no indicas en las fotos el lugar (villa, municipio, país) que fotografiaste. Te agradeceríamos que accedieses a tus imágenes e incorporases esos datos. Puedes acceder a tus imágenes [1]. Me he dado cuenta de que la página de la imagen actualmente no especifica quién creó el contenido, así que el estatus del derecho de autor no está claro. Si no has creado tú mismo esta imagen, entonces es necesario que argumentes por qué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo); también debes especificar dónde la encontraste; por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los casos, un enlace a la web de donde la tomaste y los términos de uso del contenido de esa web.

Si la imagen no tiene una etiqueta de derecho de autor también debes añadírsela. Si tú creaste la imagen, entonces puedes usar {{self|cc-by-sa-2.5}} para licenciarla con Creative Commons, o {{PD-self}} para ponerla en el dominio público. Puedes mirar Marcas de derechos de autor para la lista completa de etiquetas que se pueden usar.

Ten en cuenta que cualquier imagen sin fuente o sin etiqueta será borrada una semana después de que haya sido subida, como se describe en criterios para borrado rápido. Si has subido otras imágenes, por favor, comprueba que has especificado también sus orígenes y sus etiquetas de derecho de autor. Hola. Bueno, estos casos son los más fáciles: la imagen es tuya, tú la creaste, tú decides qué licencia le pones. Puedes elegir cualquer licencia libre que desees: GFDL, Dominio Público, Creative Commons...

Mira en Commons:Sobre las licencias los detalles de cada una, o en las respectivas plantillas: {{PD-self}}, {{Cc-by-2.5,2.0,1.0}}, {{Cc-by-sa-2.5,2.0,1.0}}. En el mensaje de arriba está bastante bien resumido esto de las licencias.

Bien. Elegiste el dominio público. Simplemente edita la página de descripción de la imagen, quitas la plantilla {{no license/es|month=March|day=31|year=2007}} del principio de la página, cambias "|Permission=self" (en la tabla {{Information}}) por "|Permission=PD-self" y por último, agregas {{PD-self}} al final de la página.

Otra cosa: Por favor no subas imágenes que hayas encontrado en internet, sin saber qué licencia tienen. lo más probable es que sean copyvio (violación a los derechos de autor). Y como no pones ni fuente, ni permisio, ni licencia, no queda otra cosa que borrarla a los 7 días.
