Welcome to my user page! Here I upload the architectural photos I’ve taken in my travels from across the world! From the Megatalls of Dubai, to the Growing Skyline Of New York City, I’ve seen them all!
All The photos I upload are from my Flickr Account: https://flickr.com/photos/183318886@N04/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lincolnlover2005 (talk • contribs) 23:13, 7 January 2020 (UTC)

See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons, and Commons:Image casebook for some specific examples. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on Wikimedia Commons; "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.
Please make sure that you only upload educational content you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Please note that derivative works of copyrighted material are also considered copyrighted. Again, please read through Commons:Licensing, which is quite crucial, to understanding how Wikimedia Commons works. Thanks for your contribution, and please do leave me a message if you have further questions. And also:

Invitation to participate in Wiki Loves Monuments 2019 Participant Survey (Reminder)
[edit]
Dear Lincolnlover2005,
Thank you for contributing to Wiki Loves Monuments 2019, and for sharing your pictures with the whole world! We would like to ask again a few minutes of your time. Thanks to the participation of people like you, the contest gathered more than 210K+ pictures of cultural heritage objects from more than 40 countries around the world.
You can find all your pictures in your upload log, and are of course very welcome to keep uploading images and help develop Wikimedia Commons, even though you will not be able to win more prizes (just yet). If you'd like to start editing relevant Wikipedia articles and share your knowledge with other people, please go to the Wikipedia Welcome page for more information, guidance, and help.
To make future contests even more successful than this year, we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us in a short survey. Please fill in this short survey, and help us learn what you liked and didn't like about Wiki Loves Monuments 2019.
Kind regards,
the Wiki Loves Monuments team 03:20, 23 December 2019 (UTC)
My images
[edit]Hello to whoever banned or blocked me. First off, I took almost every single photo I uploaded and if I didn’t, had permission from the creator of the images
Second, These “Sockpuppet Accounts are total garbage, the Geotagged Architecture Account was run by my friend in no relation to me. I didn’t even know the password. As for the Brady Cloud Account, I created that account a few years ago and I thought it was my current account when I tried to log into my current account.
Because of the reasons I have given, I beg for you to give me back my images and my account. I did NOTHING WRONG! All the photos I uploaded were previously uploaded on my Flickr Account; https://www.flickr.com/photos/183318886@N04/ We can be civil about this despite me doing NOTHING WRONG. Thank you for reading this and I hope this can be settled quickly Lincolnlover2005 (talk) 13:58, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
My unblock
[edit]- As this is a {{Checkuserblock}}, pinging @Jameslwoodward: , @Krd: , @Magog the Ogre: , or @Trijnstel: to review. CU data are pasted here (second section). While blatantly obvious, behaviour can also be provided. Note user is also a confirmed sock on en.wiki (a check/decision with which I had no involvement), where they are also blocked as w:WP:NOTHERE.
- I typically wouldn't respond further, as such things are unworthy of anyone's time, but the sheer stupidity of this lie warrants its mention for everyone's enjoyment. As of 23 June 2019, this user claimed to be 14. They thus expect us to believe they were taking professional photographs for the Building Owners and Managers Association's 2018 trade magazine when they were 13. (Given the above and NOTHERE sister project issues, I might suggest removal of talk page and email.) Эlcobbola talk 15:17, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
It looks to me like we can do without this user altogether. The Flickr account that he claims is his work has hundreds of photos of buildings from all over the world. I can't believe that a single teenager took all of those images. Perhaps we can let him return in a few years when he grows up. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 18:17, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Jameslwoodward: The Brady Cloud 2005 account claimed "as honestly as possible [...] that I have no affiliation with Lincolnlover2005," yet Lincolnlover2005 claims "All The photos I upload are from my Flickr Account: https://flickr.com/photos/183318886@N04/" (underline added), a Flickr account whose username is "bradycloud2005" (!!!) Oy vey. Verily, that account's photostream has dozens of disparate cameras, intact EXIF with dozens of disparate authors (e.g., Paul Dingman, Wade Hasbrouck, etc.), and even watermarks (!!!). For fun, looking only at the user's three most recent uploads:
- File:111 W. 57th Street.jpg - per EXIF: iPhone XS Max taken 25. September 2019 - appeared here 31. October 2019 and credited to "SHoP Architects"
- File:KL 118 Construction.jpg - per EXIF: iPhone XR taken 5. December 2019 - appeared in another user's photostream 5. December 2019 before appearing in "uploader's" photostream 11. December 2019.
- File:The Exchange 106 Kuala Lumpur.jpg - Commons EXIF is spoofed. Real EXIF here is author "Dave Junia," Sony ILCE-7M3 taken 11. June 2019.
- We are expected to to believe 1) a 13-year-old has two iPhones (ignoring the iPhone 6, 6s, 7, etc. models that also appear in the Flickr stream); 2) a camera (Sony ILCE-7M3) whose body alone costs approximately USD$2,000 (ignoring the cameras whose bodies cost USD$2,500--e.g., EOS 5D Mark IV--also in the stream); and 3) was jet-setting from Kuala Lumpur (June 2019) to New York (September 2019). A comfort with such unabashed and plentiful lies, and not the first, seems a defect above and beyond mere immaturity. Эlcobbola talk 18:55, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
