The deletion of two of the files was ok (I finally could not obtain the necessary permission); for the third file "Wellen 2016.jpg" the necessary permission could be obtained, and therefore the file remains in Wikimedia Commons. Leontari1 (talk) 21:57, 16 June 2018 (UTC)

Danke für die Fotos aus Millstatt, hoffe du bekommst die notwendigen Freigaben. Bzgl. der Duplikate File:Lore Heuermann Batikkunst KUNSTradln in Millstatt.jpg & File:Lore Heuermann Textilkunst KUNSTradln in Millstatt.jpg ist mir nicht klar, welches davon behalten werden soll. Bitte markiere das zu löschende Bild als Duplikat des anderen, indem du {{duplicate|name des zu behaltenden Bildes}} in die Beschreibung ganz oben einfügst (Oder hier ein klares Statement abgibst, ich mache das dann). Bezüglich File:Lindenhof Millstatt.jpg

@Herzi Pinki: hallo, und danke für die aufmerksame Kontrolle. Wo ist dasselbe Foto mit Datum 2015 zu finden? Ist kaum möglich, das dies der renovierte Lindenhof in neuem Glanz ist, der erst März 2018 eröffnet wurde. Ich habe das Gebäude bei der Eröffnung von KUNSTradln fotografiert. Allerdings habe ich einen Fotoordner angelegt, wo auch Fotos zu Millstatt aus anderen Quellen dabei sind. Möglicherweise habe ich da etwas durcheinandergebracht. Ich habe nun meine Fotografie des Lindenhofes vom Mai 2018 in meinen Archiven gefunden und als File:Lindenhof Millstatt nach Renovierung 2018.jpg hochgeladen. Category:Egon Straszer

Hallo Leontari1, danke für die Bilder zu Egon Straszer. Schade ist, dass die Bilder teilweise sehr klein sind.

Wenn ich an deinen Kommentar davor anschließe, dann verhindern kleine Bilder die Bearbeitung nicht, weil sie klein sind, sondern weil sie gegen unbrauchbar tendieren. Das ist so nicht im Sinne der WP / Commons, wir wollen die Bilder in einer möglichst großen Auflösung und wir wollen die Bilder auch bearbeiten können (lt. Lizenz so vorgesehen). Das ist in etwa so, wie schimmliges Brot zu teilen (und nicht selber zu essen). Wenn der Künstler eine Freigabe für sein Porträtfoto gibt, dann wundert mich, dass er das nicht größer hergeben mag.

Zum Egon Straszer und generell: Public art ist ortsgebunden, bitte die Aufstellungsorte der Skulpturen ergänzen (Gemeinde, ev. Koordinaten). Dies sowohl in der Beschreibung als auch in den Kategorien. Ausstellungsstücke, Verkaufsfotos etc. an temporären Plätzen sind mE nicht public art.

Bitte Kunstwerke unter dem Künstler kategorisieren, aber nicht als Künstler (Kunstwerke sind keine Künstler). Und wenn es eine Kategorie für ein einzelnes Kunstwerk gibt, dann sind alle Kategorien an dieser Kategorie unterzubringen und nicht an den einzelnen Bildern ([3]), siehe dazu auch COM:OVERCAT. lg --Herzi Pinki (talk) 07:35, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

hi Herzi Pinki, Antwort verspätet nach Rückkehr von einer Reise. Danke für die Kommentare und Informationen. Ich verwende normalerweise Fotos von Kunstwerken eines Künstlers/ einer Künstlerin, um dessen/ deren Wikipedia-page zu illustrieren. Dabei nutze ich auch die Möglichkeit, eine Wikimedia Commons Kategorie von Werken eines Künstlers (unter dessen/ deren Namen) zu schaffen und damit unter "Commons-Cat" Werkfotos in Wikipedia über die direkt verwendeten Fotos zur Illustration oder in einer "gallery" hinaus sichtbar zu machen. Dies widerspricht m.E. nicht irgendwelchen Bestimmungen von Wikimedia Commons. Deinem Hinweis, dass statt einer Kategorie: Name des Künstlers (diesfalls Egon Strasser) eine Kategorie: Werke des Künstlers (diesfalls: Werke von Egon Strasser) notwendig sei (was ich bezweifle) werde ich nachgehen. Hallo Leontari1, hoffe du hattest eine schöne Reise. Zum ersten meiner Absätze und deiner Antwort dazu: Alles was du schreibst ist korrekt, ich hatte dich lediglich gebeten, die Bilder möglichst groß hochzuladen. Nicht wegen Regeln, sondern wegen nicht im Sinne der WP. Und als Bitte, ich habe eh nicht angenommen, dass du der Bitte entsprechen wirst. Wenn ich ein Buch über Straszer schreibe, dann reicht das Porträt nicht, um gedruckt zu werden. Zum Porträt wird ja eine Klärung der nicht gestellten Frage demnächst durch das OTRS Ticket erfolgen.

Der zweite Absatz und deine vermeintliche Antwort spiegeln gegenseitiges Unverständnis. Es war meine Bitte, die als public art kategorisierten Bilder von Kunstwerken mit Gemeinde und Koordinaten zu versehen und bei nicht ortsgebundener Kunst (Ausstellung etwa) davon abzusehen, das als public art zu kennzeichnen. Ich sehe bislang keine diesbezüglichen Änderungen [4]. Auch das eine Bitte, evenutell musst du das, wenn du es nicht weißt, beim Künstler erfragen. Die Kategorie für Egon Straszer habe übrigens ich angelegt, aber natürlich steht dir das frei, es selbst zu machen und natürlich wäre es eher deine Aufgabe das zu tun (im konkreten Fall war ich mit der Kategorie vor dir da).

Mein letzter Absatz war offensichtlich missverständlich, ich meinte das da [5]. Das Kunstwerk gehört in die Kategorie Egon Straszer und diese Kategorie gehört ihrerseits in die Kategorie Artists from Austria. Aber in letzter Kategorie gehören vorrangig Kategorien zu Künstlern und einzelne Bilder (Porträts etc.) von Künstlern, aber keine Kunstwerke. Deine Antwort hat mit der Sache wenig zu tun, es gibt bloß bei umfangreichem Bildmaterial (hier nicht der Fall), die übliche Vorgehensweise (d.h. bloße Konvention) die Werke eines Künstlers in eine eigene Subkategorie auszulagern. Was anderes sind Einzelkategorien zu Kunstwerken (wie der Morgengabe an Gaia), die als Kategorie dem Künstler zugeordnet werden und nicht nochmals für jedes Einzelbild. ach lieber Herzi Pinki: ich war bis heute (15.10.2018) auf Reisen und konnte daher nicht auf Deine Kommentare reagieren. Ich habe am 20. April 2018, als ich anlässlich der Vorbereitung von "Kunstradln in Millstatt" vor Ort war, den Lindenhof fotografiert, und das dann darauf beruhende und so in Wikimedia Commons veröffentlichte Foto in meinen Files entsprechend als mein Werk abgespeichert (ich weiß nicht, ob andere Fotos des Lindenhofs Millstatt vom selben Standort und zu einem vergleichbaren Datum existieren, und habe mich bisher auch nicht darum gekümmert bzw. kümmern können).

Und: ich speichere Fotos zumeist nicht als "high quality fotos", sondern bewusst mit geringer Auflösung, um deren Verwendung nur als Illustration im Wikipedia vorzusehen, denn Fotos in Wikipedia müssen in Wikimedia Commons veröffentlicht sein, um verwendet werden zu können. Dies entspricht offensichtlich nicht Deiner Philosophie für Fotos in Wikimedia Commons, da Du forderst, dass immer nur Fotos mit höchster Qualität hochgeladen werden sollen. Für Fotos, die ausschließlich der Illustration von Artikeln in Wikipedia dienen sollen, sehe ich diese "high quality" Anforderung jedoch nicht, und diese meine Sichtweise ist gemäß den Richtlinien von Wikimedia Commons auch nicht verboten, sondern durchaus möglich.

Ich bin am 29. 10. 2018 anlässlich des Endes von "Kunstradln in Millstatt" wieder im Ort und werde den "Lindenhof Millstatt" nochmals vom genau demselben Standort ablichten. Hallo Leontari1, habe den SLA in einen LA umgewandelt. Du schickst einfach ein Ticket an das OTRS Team, wo du deine Urheberschaft des Bildes belegst, und gut wird es sein. Oder du änderst den Urheber auf den tatsächlichen, und lässt ihn eine Freigabe über OTRS machen. Oder das File wird gelöscht.

du kannst dir die Spielchen mit dem ähnlichen Foto sparen. Das eine ist ein Ausschnitt des anderen. In unserem ersten gemeinsamen Fall hast du genauso herumgetan. Bei mir hast du AGF verspielt. ich habe die Sache inzwischen geklärt. Die Lindenhof-Galerie hat mein Foto des Lindenhofs (aufgenommen am 20.4.2018 statt wie von mir am 8. 5. 2018 auf meiner Festplatte abgespeichert und derart falsch datiert) niedrig auflösend veröffentlicht. Ich werde das erste von mir hochgeladene niedrig-auflösende und etwas bearbeitete Foto durch ein hochauflösendes Original-Foto ersetzen. Dafür habe ich nun auch (auf Anfrage) die ausdrückliche Erlaubnis der Lindenhof-Galerie, das Foto auch hochauflösend in Wikimedia Commons zu verwenden.Leontari1 (talk) 07:01, 5 November 2018 (UTC)

Dass du über das hochauflösende Bild verfügst, macht deine Urheberschaft glaubwürdiger. Deine Erklärung versteh ich trotzdem noch immer nicht. Wenn die Lindenhof-Galerie dein Foto veröffentlicht hat, dann brauchst du keine Genehmigung der Lindenhofgalerie, um dein Foto hochzuladen. Allerdings liegt dann ein Fall von Urheberrechtsanmaßung durch die Galerie vor, immerhin steht auf deren Website © Copyright 2018 - KUNSTradln in Millstatt. Zur Erklärung: Ich hatte dem Verein KUNSTradln in Millstatt bzw. der Lindenhof-Galerie (die die Geschäftsführung für das KUNSTradln innehat) das Verwertungsrecht (= Copyright, das ja nicht identisch ist mit dem reinen Urheberrecht) überlassen. In diesem Fall kann ein Urheber ein Werk nicht so einfach selbst auf Wikimedia Commons mit dann freier Lizenz zur Nutzung durch jedermann veröffentlichen, sondern braucht (auch) die Genehmigung dessen, dem die Verwertung zunächst überlassen wurde. Diese Genehmigung hatte ich anfangs für eine niedrig auflösende Version des Bildes. Aufgrund Deines Hinweises auf eine mögliche Urheberrechtsverletzung mit Löschantrag habe ich mir nun auch die Genehmigung für die Freigabe des hochauflösenden Originals geholt (mit dem Hinweis, dass ein gutes open access Foto des Lindenhofes mitsamt der Galerie für die Publicity nur zuträglich sein kann).

Ein Copyright-Vermerk ist (auch nach österr. Recht) übrigens keine Urheberrechtsanmaßung, sondern nur der Hinweis, dass die Verwertung und Verwendung eines urheberrechtlich geschützten Inhalts (Foto, Text, Software etc.) der Genehmigung des Copyright-Inhabers bedarf. Schau Dir doch ein beliebiges Buch an: überall steht: Copyright (Jahreszahl) (Verlag). Der Autor/ Urheber hat demgemäß dem Verlag die Verwertung des Textes/ Inhalts überlassen. Dasselbe gilt für Fotos, die ein Fotograf/ Urheber einer Bildagentur (wie z.B. dem Kraken "Getty-Images") überlassen hat. Ist solch ein Copyright-Vermerk durch Verlag oder Agentur dann eine "Urheberrrechtsanmaßung"? Darf ein Autor/ Urheber einen solchen Textes/ Fotos den Inhalt mit open access frei selbst ins Netz stellen? - beides sicher nicht.

Ansonsten: entschuldige für den Pallawatsch mit dem Lindenhof-Foto, den ich verursacht habe, und danke für die "Herzi-Pingeligkeit", die mich veranlasste, hier auch selbst genau hinzusehen, eigene Fehler zu korrigieren und eine nun (m.E.) korrekte Version zu verwenden.

Hallo Leontari1, einige der von dir hochgeladenen Bilder von Egon Straszer und KUNSTradln in Millstatt haben schon seit einiger Zeit ein offenes OTRS pending. Lt. Auskunft OTRS ist da bisher nix angekommen. Ich hatte beide aufgefordert, eine entsprechende email an OTRS zu schicken. Wenn bisher nix angekommen ist, ist da was schiefgelaufen.
