Bem, vi com atrenção as páginas de exemplo que me deste, e infelizmente devo afirmar que em nenhuma delas se encontra a notícia de copyright explícita que indicaria uma excepção à licença genérica do site. Nomeadamente: em [1], a marca de copyright é do próprio google maps; eles não poderiam remover isso nem que quisessem. Em qualquer dos casos, o facto é que o site não colocou voluntariamente aquela informação de copyright. Em [2], pode-se ver sim o símbolo do copyright, mas a descrição imediatamente a seguir indica que se trata de uma licença bem menos restritiva (de facto, seria cc-by em princípio, pelo que diz o texto: "Todas as matérias poderão ser reproduzidas desde que citada a fonte" -- a única requisição que fazem é a indicação do autor -- por outras palavras, atribuição). Em [3] e [4], não vi nota nenhuma indicando copyright, excepto talvez uma nota de "exclusivo" a aparecer esporadicamente nos vídeos, mas mais uma vez isso só prova a atribuição da origem; fossem eles realmente copyrighted, a nota seria algo do género "gentilmente cedido por ...", ou seja, os donos teriam cedido os direitos de autor sob pedido, o que é o procedimento legal para o copyright tradicional.
De qualquer forma, enviei um email à AB, solicitando o esclarecimento deste facto. Em breve deverei ter uma resposta, e até lá, a intervenção da Patrícia deverá impedir a eliminação da imagem. Um abraço, Waldir talk 10:09, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
