- Es iebilstu Jūsu sūdzībai. Manuprāt, Jūsu sūdzība ir aplama un nepamatota. Nesaprotu, kādēļ Jūs sūdzējāties par «Figure_God_Perun_A4_UA_ENG_landscape» attēlu. Šo attēlu es pašrocīgi uzņēmu ar savu spoguļkameru Canon EOS 2000D. Attēla oriģinālu es atradu ridnoviru (slāvu neopagānu) Facebook grupā, kā atbalstu Ukrainai. Dievs Perūns tika attēlots kā Kijivas aizstāvis pret Krievijas iebrukumu. Es uzskatu, ka uz Dievu vai Dieviešu atveidojumiem autortiesības nav attiecināmas. It īpaši, ja autors svētbildei nav minēts, un tā ir izvietota sociālajos tīklos publiskai apskatei. Attēla dzēšana ir uzskatāma par agresijas aktu pret Slāvu Dieviem, konkrētāk, pret Dievu Perūnu – Kijivas aizstāvi.
- Turklāt es attēlu apstrādāju datorprogrammā «PowerPoint», kas ietilpst Office 365 programmu pakotnē. Pēcāk es izdrukāju attēlu un ieliku to bilžu rāmītī. Attēls nav kvalitatīvs, jo, kad es bildēju, bija sērsna, un sniega gandrīz nebija. Sakarā ar studēšanu man ir maz brīva laika, lai veidotu, ko kvalitatīvāku. Pēc būtības šis ir atvasināts attēls, un autortiesību pārkāpumu es nesaskatu. Līdzīgi ir ar kristiešiem un Kristus kulta atribūtiem. Tur taču arī var atrast autortiesību pārkāpumus, ja labi pameklē? Vai ne? Bet neviens attiecībā uz kristietību autortiesību pārkāpumus nemeklē, un kristieši drīkst brīvi publicēties. Kāpēc gan lai pagāni (politeisti; daudzdievji) būtu izņēmums? Arī pagāni drīkst publicēties, ja vien tas nepārkāpj smagus krimināllikumus, sabiedrības drošību un sabiedrības intereses. Tādos gadījumos vārda brīvība var tikt ierobežota, bet šis nudien nav tas gadījums.
- Mans attēls ir atbalsts un veltījums Ukrainai, lai arī sīks un maznozīmīgs. Es dzīvoju Latvijā. Un es uzskatu, ka manas tiesības uz vārda brīvību un informācijas brīvību ir neapgāžamas.
