[edit]Hi Kyle
Thanks for working with my pictures. I appreciate that. However, two questions arise: Is the new one more true than the other? Is the new one a better "picture"? On the first one, I can not tell, memory of colours etc is not anything to rely on. However, it was a very sunny day, and the impression I keep is that the sand was "bright". Is the new one a better picture/image? Well, perhaps in the lower part, but a bit exagerated I think, colours may be reduced a bit and maybee the picture ought to be a little bit brighter. In the sky some "artefacts" have been formed, that are not in the original picture (in the center part). Conclusion, make a new try, not so brown and dark, and try to not get the artefacts in the sky. Please, also try to make the other ones better. You can replace the pictures as you wish. Category:South_American_Pyramids has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it. If the category is up for deletion because it has been superseded, consider the notion that although the category may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new category. In all cases, please do not take the category discussion personally. It is never intended as such. Thank you! |
