Moving files used at Wikisource
Hi! If you move files used at Wikisource (e.g. File:Odes of Pindar with Several Other Pieces (West, 1749).pdf and others), please leave a message at Wikisource (the admin noticeboard will do) to let us know. Potentially hundreds of moves per file (one per page) have to be done by admins with a script to update our local pages. Inductiveload (talk) 17:16, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
SVG Aircraft 3-Views Category
Thanks for the quick response to file rename requests in the SVG aircraft 3-views category. I appreciate it!
Not to make more work for you, but I did notice that a portion of the text from the rename request template is being left over after each move. It appears to be related to my use of the forward slash in the reason field. Could it be interfering with an automated tool you are using? –Noha307 (talk) 00:44, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Noha, I don't understand what you are talking about. --Jelican9 (talk) 07:23, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry for the delay in responding. What I mean is that the text "/standardize the file names of images in the SVG aircraft 3-views category and clarify that image is of a 3-view.}}" is being left on the page after the move. –Noha307 (talk) 02:37, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
- Ah okay, thanks. I'll pay attention next time. Jelican9 (talk) 13:41, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
