- I was unable to find the image on flickr. -mattbuck (Talk) 23:08, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
Flickruploads
[edit]Hi KRLhc8, those images you uploaded were indeed under acceptable licenses, and will not be deleted. The ting is that we had no way of knowing that before you provided the url to the images at Flickr. Always include the url when you upload Flickr images, and preferrably use flinfo to get the excact information from Flickr. Also, please always use the highest resolution avvailable.
Thanks for contributing, regards Finn Rindahl 09:12, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
- Hi, sorry about the deletion warnings, but as Finn said, it's extremely hard to find images on flickr unless you provide a URL, and I admit I tend to err on the side of deletion if something is possibly unfree. I did try to find these images, and I found several that were somewhat similar, but none which actually matched. Please include the URLs in future so we can both avoid this sort of misunderstanding. Thanks -mattbuck (Talk) 12:08, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
