File:Rainer Zietlow Portrait 2019.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added may soon be deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please replace the copyvio tag with {{subst:OP}} and have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you disagree that the file is a copyright violation for any other reason, please replace the copyvio tag with a regular deletion request.

Source of uploads
[edit]For files with names like File:ID.4 USA Tour 2021 by Rainer Zietlow.jpg, are you saying that the photo was taken by Zietlow? Or are these your own work? Thanks. --Lord Belbury (talk) 10:23, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
- The file name should state that it is Rainer Zietlow who did the tour.
- Rainer Zietlow is owner of the image rights.
- He asked me to upload it.
- He is aware of and consents with the Wikimedia Commons requirement to publish this photo under a free license.
- As far as I get your message and the linked information, we need to republish the photo on twitter under a free license, too. Right? Kosch Mitin (talk) 11:48, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
- You can also go through the Commons:Volunteer Response Team which has email templates, and which might be easier for you. The important thing is to confirm that the rights owner is releasing the photos under CC-Attribution (or similar) and understands the ramifications of that, that they're giving away the commercial rights to it. Let me know if you have any questions. --Lord Belbury (talk) 11:54, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you for your advice. The rights owner will send an email to the VRT for all five photos. Kosch Mitin (talk) 12:34, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
