Suits?
[edit]Hi Tony, as a keen bridge player I wonder about the order of suits in your signature: Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades. Although I can see why Hearts is first, the order of the rest doesn't seem logical!! Charles (talk) 12:31, 12 January 2018 (UTC)
- I chose this username before I started playing bridge. Back then, for whatever reason this was my canonical ordering of the suits. In any case, I don't see any better ordering which puts hearts first, so I've kind of stuck with the same signature over the years, mostly out of inertia. (With just one change: I removed the EmailUser link on the spades because it ran afoul of the 255-char limit.) -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 04:17, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
Cartier-Besson photo deleted
[edit]Hi, regarding this deletion, I wonder i you could take a look at the short thread on my talk page at English Wikipedia. Prima facie, it looks like there may be a case for reinstatement but I am unsure how that works on Commons. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 12:09, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
