Hello Kalinators.

You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful.

This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions.

Copyright usually belongs to the photographer. Please also do not make hurls/abusive words against other editors. This is your last warning!Regards, Aafi (talk) 03:44, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Aafi, mate, this is my own picture and I have all the rights on it. Kalinators (talk) 09:11, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Kalinators: copyright remains with the photographer, until and unless they have an agreement with the subject. Regards, Aafi (talk) 09:19, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Aafi, well, as I am the subject and the photographer took the picture only because they were asked to, took it with my phone, don't even remember now that they took the picture, and the photo is clearly showing me and nothing else with my trophy, and I also tell you, then isn't it clear enough that the photographer doesn't have any claims on it?
How would you comment on the fact that Mrs. @CFA refused to delete the picture when I asked for that, after it was no longer in use in the english wikipedia, stating that after I've given wikipedia the rights I cannot suddenly call for it to be deleted?
But then, as soon as Mrs. CFA noticed that the picture was in use in other wikipedias, she started being very active trying to delete the picture that they had refused to delete in the past.... Could this not be a red sign? Clearly, CFA is biased and not neutral. Let's add this to the fact that CFA rejected the article about me stating it doesn't prove notability, in the first place, while it is better sourced than more than 50% of wikipedia articles (you could verify this below, I've saved the source code in a docs file: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VW8o4B9kH4hljeB5vMIWZMPi5vDwRZxrK35_tPqa7ys/edit?ouid=107873821065106711316&usp=docs_home&ths=true)
Anyway, back to the picture, as I've said, it is taken specially for me, with my phone, shows only me, and the photographer has no claims on it. So, how does this violate copyrights? Kalinators (talk) 09:26, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
to begin with @CFA is not an admin (not here, not anywhere else), so they cannot delete anything. There are two points to note: 1: Once a thing is released under CC BY-SA license, it is irrevocable and unless a courtesy deletion request does not make any sense, it won't be deleted. 2: The copyright status is unclear. Like in yours case, we don't have any permission from the photographer, and indeed you might be the subject but the rights remain with the photographer. It is given a grace period through COM:VRT.
Moreover, some cents of free advise: 1: Wikimedia Commons is not Wikipedia. 2: Something existing in a bad condition, so a new bad addition should be okay, is a weird idea. 3: Please be civil. I would suggest removing all the ill-words you have said about CFA elsewhere on talk-pages etc, as it goes against COM:AGF. Regards, Aafi (talk) 10:26, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ample helpful and friendly advises were already given to you at: en:User talk:Kalinators#File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Kalinator Geneva.jpg. Regards, Aafi (talk) 10:29, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Aafi 1. So why was it deleted yesterday, when before it was not possible to be deleted due to being released under CC BYSA license?
2. "We do not have any permission from the photographer" As I said, the photographer took the picture solely due to being asked to and has no claims over it. I believe this is essentially a permission. 3. CFA did delete the draft and initiate the deletion here, so she must be somewhat of an admin. Not sure how exactly it works, I only know that she refused to delete it when I asked it to be deleted, and was quick to delete it as soon as it was in use. In the process CFA confirmed her bias and deserved my wording.
As to the link you posted, the guy named Fiddle who there states that the picture is not mine, the same guy named Fiddle rejected the initial deletion nomination with the words "I can clearly see that the photographer took the picture by initiative of the subject and I believe they have no claims over it". So what I notice is that he is also contradicting themselves, similarly to other editors like Mrs. @CFA or Mrs. @DoubleGrazing (in review of the draft article in the past).
This is not important though, let's keep to the picture. As I said above, the photographer took the picture solely due to being asked to and has no claims over it. Is this not a permission? 2A02:8071:7142:3F00:0:0:0:29CA 11:41, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Aafi These who delete the picture are essentially vandalising german and bulgarian wikipedia pages. Kalinators (talk) 11:47, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't ping me. I've had quite enough of this. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:48, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@DoubleGrazing IN fact it was you who started it. If you hadn't contradicted yourself in the first place, but had rather posted the article once it fit into the notability requirements, none of these discussions would have been online. Kalinators (talk) 12:21, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Which part of "don't ping me" did you not understand? Or are you trying to get blocked on Commons as well? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:45, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In fact I issued them the block and I hope they enjoy it and fix themselves. Regards, Aafi (talk) 13:09, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Aafi so now tagging people is not allowed too? But vandalising pages on other wikipedias is allowed for you and other editors. Nice.

@Aafi and your ban reason is untrue. I was clearly here to build, while you vandalised or deleted the articles I built. 2A02:8071:7142:3F00:78:E7F5:DD80:4A99 13:38, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So, MR. @Aafi, would you be so kind to clarify why you keep vandalising the wikipedia articles about me in the german and bulgarian wikipedia? I clearly explained you that I do have copyrights on my own picture. And, I even have granted wikipedia these rights... And, I pointed out that Mrs. @CFA refused deleting it when it was not used but then was real quick when he had to vandalise the pages by deleting it....
