GFDL-self

Fascinating images! I gather from your comment that these images are all created by you personally, but the images don't actually say so, which makes it harder for reviewers checking ownership and permissions. Please consider using the template {{GFDL-self}} instead of just {{GFDL}} to tag your images, which adds that statement. It would be especially helpful if you went back and tweaked your previous uploads ([1] gives you the full list. In the meantime, a statement on your user page such as "All of the images I uploaded were created by me personally." would be good too. Thanks! Stan Shebs 14:37, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

Based on your advice

I'm gradully attempting at changing the licensing tag for each image from GFDL to GFDL-self, but still need more time to accomplish this modification. In addition, some information on the user's profile has been provided with the comments on my self-published work. Thanks for your kind advices.

When creating Category: Histopathology and Category: Normal histology, many months ago, I never dreamed such an enthusiastic development! Wiki is really great!

I'm too a pathologis, but as you can see from my user page, I worked mostly "outside" my profession into wiki. Some days ago, I created a "pathologist village pump" into it.wiki w:it:wikipedia:Progetto_Medicina/Saletta_Morgagni, and I found some interested It pathologists, all from them new about wiki works.

While thinking about some project, I thought that a shared, common microscopic version of Template:Information (with enlargement, coloration and topography added) would be great. Do you ever edited a template? I can try, but I wonder about some rule or convention about variables.

Is there a pathologist meeting point into commons so far? Or into some not-italian wikipedia? --Alex brollo 13:14, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Wrong picture

Your image labelled "invasive lobular carcinoma" is not invasive carcinoma, nor lobular neoplasia but lobular cancerisation of ductal carcinoma in situ. Innocent users have put this images in various articles. What a shame. Please modify. -- 23:38, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

This image was taken from the autopsy material in the middle-aged male patient with intractable cardiac failure based on indulin-dependent diabetes. Viral etiology had not been proven; however, acute myocarditis was consistent with the immune-mediated myocardial damage induced by certain viral infection.
