Molecule structure images
[edit]The relatively simple graphics of molecule structures (such as Starch.png) are probably better as vector images. I have redrawn that image as Starch.svg using Inkscape a great, crossplatform, free vector graphics package.
I have drawn all lines as paths so the letters H and O are not "letters" but vector paths. This has the disadvantace of not being editable as language (in case someone would want to do that) but does make the vector file completely Independent of language!
If you want I could make the letters for the atoms into editable letters (or you could do that in Inkscape youself it is really easy to learn!)
