Overcategorization

Hallo Johann Jaritz, ich versuche gerade die Bilder weniger redundant zu kategorisieren. Bei der Gelegenheit habe ich die Bilder von Category:Filialkirche Heilige Primus und Felizian, Possau aus der Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Maria Saal und Category:Maria Saal genommen, da beiden bereits als Elternkategorien der Category:Filialkirche Heilige Primus und Felizian, Possau vorkommen. Siehe auch COM:OVERCAT. Zu Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Austria check done siehe bitte die Anleitung. Außerdem habe ich einige IDs gefixt. Hallo Herzi Pinki, die Thematik der „Overcategorization“ ist mir sehr wohl bewusst und leider muss ich diese auch immer wieder bei manchen meiner Fotos feststellen; dies hat sich bisweilen nicht zuletzt aus der Verfeinerung der Kategorien im Laufe der vergangenen Jahren ergeben, aber auch durch die Zusammenfassung von auf ein Objekt gemeinsam zutreffenden Kategorien ergeben. Umso mehr gebührt Dir Dank für Deine Durchforstungs-Arbeit. Allerdings bemühe ich mich, mehr Klarheit in die „Linienführung“ zu bekommen. Danke. Ja, die Kategorien sind dynamisch, allein durch WLM+Denkmallisten sind in den letzten 3 Jahren rund 90000 neue Bilder entstanden oder gelegentlich auch vorhandene einer DenkmalID zugeordnet worden. Bei der Menge müssen die Strukturen mitwachsen. Die Kategorien hier werden manchmal mit Tagging (wie etwa bei Flickr) verwechselt, es handelt sich aber um unterschiedliche Konzepte. Was bei der 'Linienführung' hilft: Deine Absicht hinter einer Kategorie auch in der Beschreibung der Kategorie anzuführen. Dann kennen sich andere auch aus.

Am Beispiel von File:Maria Saal Propsteigebaeude S-Wand Schreiberrelief 06012014 111.jpg noch eine Anmerkung / Bitte: Du hast dem Bild zwei ObjektIDs zugeordnet, 129807 für die Ausgrabungsstätte Virunum und 12906 für die Probstei. Die IDs sollten sich nur auf das abgebildete Objekt beziehen, nicht auf irgendwelche Bezüge. Der Römerstein ist an der Probstei montiert, bekommt daher die ID 12906 und sonst keine. Mehrere ObjektIDs können vorkommen, aber nur wenn mehrere Objekte auf einem Bild zu sehen sind (Kirche + Pfarrhof + Marterl, Bsp), aber das ist ja hier nicht der Fall. Die ID bezeichnet immer ein Objekt auf definierten Grundstücksnummern.

Nebstbei ist 129807 nur eine von drei IDs für Virunum (die anderen sind 12923 und 130234), warum gerade diese? Wenn du ob der vielen Römersteine und deren Fotos diese Fotos Virunum zuordenen willst, dann vielleicht über eine zusätzliche Unterkategorie von Category:Virunum: Category:Ancient Roman sculptures from Virunum (oder so ähnlich), Virunum als die Ausgrabungsstätte (von der es eh keine damaligen Fotos gibt) und die umliegenden Relikte in einer solchen Subkategorie. Was meinst du?

Vielen Dank für Deine wertvollen Überlegungen sowie Dein Lob für meine Steinfotos aus der Römerzeit. Virunum ist in der Tat ein faszinierendes wie spannendes Thema. Noch bin ich am Überlegen, wie das am besten zu kategorisieren ist, aber Dein Vorschlag ist ein schon recht ausgepichter. Prinzipiell geht es nur noch um die Ausführung. Keiner, zweitere Vorlage ist lediglich die zeichensparende Abkürzung der ersteren. Vermutlich wurde diese Variante geschaffen, um weniger hineinarbeiten zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich es übersichtlicher, weniger Text lesen zu müssen. Lg --Johann Jaritz (talk) 09:34, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

Fotos Schloss Rottenstein

Hallo Johann Jaritz, ich bin vom Besitzer von Schloss Rottenstein (Kärnten) schriftlich beauftragt, zu regeln, dass Deine Fotos von Schloss Rottenstein in wiki commons gelöscht werden. Die Argumentation ist, dass diese Fotos von Privatgrund aus aufgenommen wurden. Ich möchte Dich, ujm eine umständliche Auseinadersetzung über die Verwendung der Fotos in diesem Medium zu vermeiden, herzlich bitten, dass Du die Fotos entfernst. Wenn es uns auf diesem Weg nicht gelingen sollte, eine gütliche Einigung zu finden, ist der Besitzter bereit, gerichtliche Wege zu gehen. Bitte hilf mit, das zu vermeiden. Ich forwarde Dir gerne die schriftliche Begründung von Prof. K, dem Antragssteller, per Mail, wenn Du mir Deine Mailadresse an axel-lange at web.de zukommen last. Es ist selbstverständlich das Recht eines jeden Liegenschaftsbesitzers, darauf zu beharren, dass keine Fotos von den Gebäuden, die innerhalb der Umzäunung des Privatgrundstückes aufgenommen wurden, ohne dessen Einverständnis in Wiki Commons und Wikipedia veröffentlicht werden. Da ich über keinerlei Administrator-Rechte verfüge, kann ich selbst auch keine Fotos - nicht einmal von mir hochgeladene - löschen. Das können nur Administratoren. Möglicherweise kannst Du die Problematik einem dir bekannten Admin darstellen, sodass er die betreffenden Fotos herauslöscht. Von meiner Seite gibt es keinerlei Einwände für diese Aktion. Denn wir wollen unnötige Rechtsstreitigkeiten unter allen Umständen vermeiden.

Schade nur, dass sich manche Menschen mit ihren Besitztümern vom Rest der Welt so abschotten wollen, dass nicht einmal harmlose Fotos geduldet werden. Aber da kann man eben nichts machen. Seufz! Ich glaube, die sind alle von Facebook & Co verunsichert ...

Manchmal benötigt es länger

So nebenbei: ich arbeite gerade die Septemberbilder von 2013 durch. Entsprechend meinen heutigen Anforderungen war das vom Ergebnis her furchtbar. Das muss ich ganz offen zugeben. Was für wunderbar durchkomponiertes Bild von unserem unvergesslichen Ausflug hinauf zu den Weißenfelser Seen. Mitte August ist halt doch die schönste Zeit des Jahres. Und dahinter die unvergleichliche Bergwelt der Julischen Alpen. Mir wird schon jetzt der Mund wässrig allein beim Gedanken, im Sommer wieder dort umherzustiefeln. Fotoausrüstung im Gepäck.
