Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? deine Uploads

Hallo HJPrieß,
die von dir hochgeladenen Fotos sind historisch natürlich recht interessant und nützlich. Allerdings ist trotzdem das Urheberrecht zu beachten. Zunächst das Formale: wenn du von einem existierenden Dokument/Foto eine getreue Reproduktion machst, wirst du nicht zu dessen Autor/Urheber. Zudem ist eine solche Reproduktion (bzw. deren Veröffentlichung) nur zulässig, wenn entweder das Urheberrecht bereits erloschen ist (Fotograf vor >70 Jahren verstorben) oder der Urheber nachweislich eine Genehmigung (Lizenz) erteilt hat. Mir ist klar, dass das bei historischen Fotos schwierig ist. Dennoch können wir nicht darauf verzichten. Auf der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia (aber nicht hier auf Commons) gibt es für solche Fälle eine Faustregel "100 Jahre nach Veröffentlichung". Auch der bloße Besitz eines Fotos, das jemand anderer aufgenommen hat, ist für das Urheberrecht daran ohne Bedeutung. --Túrelio (talk) 09:49, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

Danke für den Hinweis: trage das jetzt nach, soweit mir dazu Unterlagen vorliegen; es sind Schriftstücke/Photographien der betreffenden Personen, die ich privat erworben habe/besitze, die aber im Regelfall gar nicht veröffentlicht worden sind - jedenfall nicht, soweit mir bekannt oder ersichtlich und die ich deshalb den entsprechenden Einträgen hinzugefügt habe.
