Authorship claims

You have claimed to be the author of File:Escudo de Huéscar - Granada.png . If you have uploaded a copyright violation and the copyright holder wishes to take legal action, you alone are legally responsible. The MediaWiki software keeps information about you which may be shared with lawyers.

Files with doubtful claims of authorship may be deleted, and if you continue to upload files with doubtful claims of authorship, your account may be blocked to allow others to investigate your authorship and licensing claims.

Please help avoid unnecessary blocks and deletions by resolving this matter in one of the following ways:

• If the works are indeed your own, please upload high-resolution original files (rather than images scaled down to "web resolution") and clearly label the source of the files as being your own work. Again, you are solely responsible for such claims.

Re:Exijo que repongan el escudo de Huéscar

Bonita forma de pedir explicaciones sobre el borrado de una imagen, qué derroche de educación.
Bien, en primer lugar la imagen ponía "trabajo propio" si procede del ayuntamiento y no consta tal permiso por ningún sitio ha falseado la licencia y mentido descaradamente. En segundo lugar, ese permiso no es válido ya que no avisa al ayuntamiento de que la imagen podría ser usada en cualquier sitio (no sólo en wikipedia y Commons) y modificada, redistribuida o incluso utilizada para uso comercial, véase Commons:Sobre las licencias, por consiguiente ellos están concediendo una autorización para ilustrar un artículo, nada más. Por tanto, mientras no solicite el permiso de forma correcta, solicitud que puede ver en Commons:Modelos de mensajes y siga los pasos adecuados poniendo en conocimiento del ayuntamiento las condiciones requeridas en Commons, el escudo no se puede subir aquí.
