I have contacted that individual who (sic) does not wish for the design to be used or shared commercially. Furthermore, he also strictly prohibited derivatives or "remixes" of the design. Since the owner of the trademark has specifically disallowed multiple use cases provided by the previously-attached license in writing, this is a request for deletion of unlicensed media.
