Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Ich hatte gleich beim Hochladen am 29. Mai eine Einverständniserklärung für gezeigte Werke in Bilddateien an permissions-de@wikimedia.org geschickt. Ich stelle sie hier noch einmal ein. Ich hoffe, das reicht. Oder?

Hiermit erkläre ich in Bezug auf das im Bild Vom_tapferen_Schmied_Filmplakat.jpg abgebildete/verarbeitete Werk Filmplakat.

Ich habe als Tochter von Matthias Claus das Nutzungsrecht geerbt. / As his daugther I own the Copyright. Der Name des Urhebers lautet Matthias Claus.

Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass alle oben aufgeführten Bilder, auf welchen meine Werke abgebildet sind, unter folgender freier Lizenz veröffentlicht werden

LIZENZ (z.B. „Creative Commons Namensnennung-Weitergabe unter gleichen Bedingungen Deutschland in Version 3.0 (abgekürzt CC-by-sa 3.0/de)“)

Mir ist bekannt, dass damit in urheberrechtlicher Hinsicht Dritte das Recht haben, dieses Bild gewerblich zu nutzen und zu verändern.

Mir ist bekannt, dass ich diese Einwilligung üblicherweise nicht widerrufen kann und kein Anspruch darauf besteht, dass das Bild dauernd auf der Wikipedia eingestellt wird.

Mir ist bekannt, dass sich freie Lizenzen nur auf das Urheberrecht beziehen und es mir daher unbenommen ist, aufgrund anderer Gesetze (Persönlichkeitsrecht, Markenrecht usw.) gegen Dritte vorzugehen, die das Bild im Rahmen der freien Lizenz rechtmäßig, auf Grund der anderen Gesetze aber unrechtmäßig nutzen.

Hallo Freienstein. Unter ticket:2017052910014257 gibts ja schon eine erste Reaktion. bitte achte auf deinen Posteingang und beantworte die Rückfragen des OTRS-Teams. Wann die Mail kommt, keine Ahnung, schau einfach regelmäßig nach, bis die Freigabe auf der Dateibeschreibungsseite eingetragen ist.

English: Hi Freienstein, please check your e-mail-box if you have mails from the OTRS-support-team. Otherwise the permission cannot be finished. I don't know when mails are coming, so check your mailbox regulary until the permission is given on the description page.
