Hi Ferditje, I am sorry to see that you take it this way. Please note that I've just filed this image for deletion and not deleted it myself. (I am not an admin.) The unfortunate problem is that the publication of this photograph constituted a copyright violation as the depicted cover was still copyrighted, making it a derived work. I am sure that you uploaded that photograph in good faith but we at Commons need to make sure that we do not violate copyright laws. The policy at Commons is not to wait until we get sued by a copyright holder but to remove such images as soon as we notice them. At times it is possible to identify the photographer and to ask him or her for permission. If this is successful, you can upload such images again or ask to get them restored when you or the copyright holder email a permission notice to OTRS. Please take a look at this comment which explains how this deletion request was accidently closed that early. I closed the deletion request early by accident, as mentioned above, and I am sorry about that. At AFBorchert's request I have undeleted the image and re-opened the deletion request to give you time to forward the permission you mentioned to OTRS. Ich bin gern bereit, wo auch immer zu bestätigen, dass wir uns persönlich kennen und ich Dich explizit um Unterstützung in Bildfragen gebeten hatte.
