You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Aide au téléversement

Bonjour @Fadyjeanbart: .

Pour importer une photo que vous n'avez pas vous-même prise, vous devez suivre les étapes énumérées ci-dessous.

1. Cliquez sur « Importer un fichier » dans la barre de menu de gauche, sous la rubrique « Participer »;
2. Cliquez sur « Sélectionner les fichiers multimédia à importer »;
3. Vous devez ensuite indiquer que ce fichier n'est pas de votre propre travail en cliquant sur le bouton approprié;
4. En cliquant sur ce bouton, des champs à renseigner apparaissent. Vous devez renseigner chacun des champs, à défaut de quoi le fichier sera supprimé du serveur comme il l'a été lors de vos précédentes tentatives (voir les avertissement ci-dessus) : où avez-vous trouvé la photo que vous avez numérisé? Qui en est l'auteur?
5. Sous la rubrique « Dites-nous maintenant pourquoi vous êtes certain que vous avez le droit de publier cette œuvre », vous devez cliquer sur « Une autre raison non mentionnée ci-dessus », puis copiez ceci dans la boîte de texte : {{PD-Lebanon-Photo}}. Ceci indique que la photo est dans le domaine public au Liban.
6. Cliquez ensuite sur « Suivant » et suivez les instructions de l'assistant.

Les étapes ci-dessus vous sont présentées sur la présomption que la photo que vous voulez téléverser a été prise avant 1949. Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous ne pourrez pas téléverser la photo sur Wikimédia Commons, à moins que le photographe ou les ayant-droits fournissent une autorisation expresse en ce sens via le système OTRS.

Dear EugeneZelenko Thanks for your input, I am not that much of an expert in wikipedia, I am just the Opera singer/ musicologist expert of Wadia Sabra's music and trying my best to make his info available to public domain and specially editing all his music for new publications to come. May You please help me out by fixing the copyright license issue? All I can say is that ALL the pics on both his French and English page have been uploaded by me. I either scanned them or took photos from my phone from his personal archives that are in the CPML (Centre du Patrimoine Musical Libanais) with whom I am working. You can be sure that they are all public domain!!!
