Pay attention to copyright
File:TEODOR EOD YAK.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Hello Fabrice Ram, the following content you uploaded violates one or more of our policies and therefore has been or will soon be deleted:

File:Suisse, Schweiz Swiss Army - Mowag Eagle III Schiesskommandantenfahrzeug Puch GE 230 (cropped).jpg

The Wikimedia Commons (this website) only hosts media files with a realistic educational purpose and that can be used for any purpose, including:
  • use in any work, regardless of content
  • creation of derivative works
  • commercial use
  • free distribution

See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons, and Commons:Image casebook for some specific examples. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on Wikimedia Commons; "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.

Please make sure that you only upload educational content you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Please note that derivative works of copyrighted material are also considered copyrighted. Again, please read through Commons:Licensing, which is quite crucial, to understanding how Wikimedia Commons works. Thanks for your contribution, and please do leave me a message if you have further questions.

And also:

Yours sincerely, Christian Ferrer (talk) 07:58, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm shocked to see that all those images have been deleted as the upload asked for the licence type and I shared it very specifically...
All those images belong to
1. the Spanish government : CC BY-SA 3.0:
https://ejercito.defensa.gob.es/aviso-legal.html
All the images come from these publications, and this is what is said about it :
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/es/
2. Swiss government: CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 CH
https://www.mediathek.admin.ch/about/conditions
All the Swiss image come from here, and it is under the version 3.0 of the Creative Commons license.
So what is the issue?
So I really don't get the issue ! Fabrice Ram (talk) 08:46, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As per Commons:Licensing CC BY-NC-ND is not allowed, therefore the images of the Swiss Army can not stay here.
For the images said to be from the Spanish government when I deleted the images I did not saw the logo at the end of the page you gave just above, but there are several isues.
1/ the link given in the deleted files is https://ejercito.defensa.gob.es/ where we don't see the images but a clear "© Copyright 2021 Departamento de Comunicación del Ejército de Tierra." at the end of the page, this is why I deleted those images too. When you upload a file you must give the link to the exact page where you found the image.
2/ While there is indeed a CC BY SA logo at the end of the page "Aviso Legal", the link to the license don't work and the number of the license is not available. So I'm not willing to restore those files. To have further opinions for the images of the Spanish Army you may ask to Commons:Undeletion requests, but you will have to provide the exact link(s) of the page(s) where the original images can be found.
You uploaded too some files as "own works" while those files have been grabbed from internet and had different authors.
