Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Deine Teilnahme bei Wiki Loves Earth 2015 in Österreich

Danke für Deine Teilnahme beim Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Earth 2015 in Österreich. Du hast damit einen wertvollen Beitrag geleistet, Bildmaterial für die Wikipedia und für eine Weiternutzung im Sinne freien Wissens bereitzustellen. Die Jury sichtet nun in einem mehrstufigen Verfahren die Einreichungen. Die Gewinner geben wir am 30. September 2015 unter anderem auf wikilovesearth.at bekannt. Die öffentliche Preisverleihung, zu der wir Dich schon jetzt herzlich einladen, findet im November 2015 in Wien statt. Bei Fragen zum Wettbewerb schreibe bitte an infowikilovesearth.at. Der nächste große Fotowettbewerb in Österreich wird Wiki Loves Monuments im September 2015 sein.

Danke ebenso für Deine Beiträge, die Du unabhängig von Wiki Loves Earth leistest. Solltest Du bei Deinen Fotounternehmungen Unterstützung benötigen, kannst Du Dich jederzeit an den österreichischen Förderverein Wikimedia Österreich wenden (eine Vereinsmitgliedschaft ist keine Voraussetzung). Zu den Serviceangeboten für ehrenamtliche Fotografinnen und Fotografen gehören ein Pool an Fotoequipment, die Organisation von Fotoakkreditierungen, Reisekostenerstattungen sowie E-Mail-Adressen und Visitenkarten. Wikimedia Österreich kannst Du über vereinwikimedia.at kontaktieren.

Wiki Loves Earth 2016

Servus Eudherz,

Am Sonntag, den 1. Mai 2016 startete zum dritten Mal der Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Earth in Österreich.
Wir laden dich herzlich ein, auch dieses Jahr wieder mit Fotos von Naturdenkmälern und weiteren unter Naturschutz stehenden Objekten aus Österreich teilzunehmen.
Der Zeitraum, in dem die Bilder auf Wikimedia Commons hochgeladen werden sollen, läuft bis 31. Mai 2016.

Zuordnung Photos

Hallo Eudherz! Kannst Du bitte die Zuordnung Deiner Photos nochmals überprüfen. GLT_00008 ist der Aigner Park in Salzburg. Trockene Klammen haben, soviel ich sehen kann, die Nummer NDM00045, Bezirk Salzburg Umgebung, die Taugler Klamm die Nummer NDM00217 im Bezirk Hallein. Die Jury bewertet nun alle eingereichten Fotos. Die Preisträger geben wir am 31. Juli 2016 auf der Website wikilovesearth.at bekannt.

Bei dieser Gelegenheit möchte ich dich an die WikiCon 2016 Mitte September erinnern, für die noch bis 30. Juni Programmvorschläge eingereicht werden können. Wikimedia Österreich wird wieder Stipendien für die Teilnahme zur Verfügung stellen, genauere Infos veröffentlichen wir Ende Juni. It is now completed in Russia (active in May), Ukraine and France (active during November), but it's still open in all the other countries.

If you want to take part where WSC2019 is still open, please consult this page. Only some national categories are associated to competitions with local prizes.

If you are an expert user, please consider that images uploaded within the deadline can be included in any case in their national category even if not uploaded with the main interface.

Please keep in mind that there is a new category this year, i.e. "nature and wildlife".

If you already took part in a country that has completed its upload phase, please consider improving the description in English of your files (click on the edit button), since such description is what the international jury will use to evaluate them. World finalists will be finalized after March 2020.

It is now completed in Russia (active in May), but it's still open in almost all the other countries.

If you want to take part in WSC2021, please consult this page. Only some national categories are associated to competitions with local prizes.

If you are an expert user, we remind you that images uploaded within the deadline can be included in any case in their national category even if not uploaded with the main interface.

Please keep in mind that there is a new category this year, that is "astronomy".
